Likes

Life at college is good as infrastructure is good in college like labs and classroom hall are good
Faculties are top notch and highly qualified and faculties are friendly with students which is a plus point

Dislikes

There are no such cultural events or concerts that happens in college
Sometimes facuties or proffessors are not available in lab but lab assistant is availaible so no problem

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is overall good and have a good scope in future and b pharm is currently in trending , exams are not that much diificult but are ok ok. The timing of exams is not delayed exam are on time. There is good placements for this course

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees for b pharm in my catagory st is 30000 per year qnd for general students it is about 90000 which is too much for a govt college and there are some scholorship schemes like nsp which students can avail and everything like lab fees exam fees is included in it

Campus Life

There are no festivals or events or other programs celebrated in this college but there are some national and international conference in college related to pharmacy or drugs. There is small sports complex where students sit and play or take rest during break

Admission

I chose this college as dipsar is the first college of pharmacy in india so it is the best in this field of pharmacy thats why i choosed this, and also i didnt apllied for any other college there is no any enterance test for this college the admission are totally based on 12th class merit but you have to pass 12th with pcmb

Faculty

The college faculties are top notch with freindly nature towards studensts proffesors are highly qualified but some times proffesors are not available in labs but lab assistant are there so no problem. There are two sessionals in a year for bpharm and in january there is end sem exams , exams happen on time

Night Life

Night life is quite good but market area is away from hostel and after 10 pm hostel gates are closed there is gym in hostel which is free there is no canteen in college hostel life is good but mess food is average

Just go for it if you want to study pharmacy!!

Placement Experience:

Well dipsar has high placements for mpharm candidates... during there 1st year actually... Though bpharm 3rd and 4th year candidate also get few opportunities... But most companies prefer mpharm students as mot bpharm holders persue higher study... Last yrs highest package is 12lakh per annum And average is 5lakh per annum As I mentioned previously Dipsar itself is a brand...so you will get preference over other in office campus also... I plan to persue higher study after getting degree... But even if I have to work..Ill prefer to join production or QA-QC department ... Rather than management

I have great interest in the medicine world ,so it is ideal for you to chose this course if you have the same interest. The curruculum includes regular practical classes to prepare us for the real world with good practical knowledge The curriculum can be improved with well equipped and good conditions of the lab. There are 8 semesters with 2 sessional exams per semester and 1 improvement exam which makes you busy whole semester

Placement Experience:

?Probably the students doing M Pharmcy and MBA here are getting the placement and once in a blue moon a B PHARM student gets a placement and gets placement after 8 semester. ?Wings pharma , Cipla, Zydus are one of the most offering companies which offer placements ?5 lakh is maximum placement per year and less number of students get placements ?I would probably go through masters after bachelor

Course Curriculum Overview:

Here we have semester wise exams and faculty is good with nice behaviour and friendly nature and also helpful nature and adminstration is also helpful and nice . It is not a big college it has short area only walking area no other Delhi University like big building and other garden or gym areas . It has single building.

I have joined in a college where I met the best people.

Entrance Preview:

I have entered the college through the EAMCET exam which was conducted by the government and they kept some cut off rank is nearly 90,000 for this college and I opted this college through counseling session which was online and my brother made me to do the course initially but days passed the Intrest on this course was gradually increased. There is no interview process before admission.

Just go for it if you want to study pharmacy!!

Well it's a govt college and most importantly it's the oldest Pharma clg in India.... So it is my first choice...it itself is a brand... I am a lateral entry student and it is my first choice.. But except it I also applied for Guru Ghasidas in Chattisgarh...I also get a chance there but I decided for dipsar... In West Bengal.... Jadavpur and jalpaiguri is also very good option... But u need to clear an exam jelet to get an addmission there... In dipsar...
