Likes

Good faculty. All are kind humble and teach well .
Infrastructure is average .faculty are experienced
Campus Life is good . Seniors and juniors are friendly

Dislikes

No canteen or cafeteria . Should go out for hotel
Timings are strict cannot come out before 4pm
Dress code is strict and entry timings have to be compulsorily followed

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is revised .it is now better than before . It gives real time examples and help in understanding better and helps in actual work after graduation.exams are 3 internals each semester. 2sem every year

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fee was 70000. Tution fee. Other than that there was no other extra fee. For OBC it might be little less. Scholarships was not available but now ssp is available. Might get around 10000. Same fee no increase.

Campus Life

Fests take place once a year. It has all types of programs and sports. Inter college and intra college fests takes place every year. Small groups like dance club are present .fests are held in months like December

Admission

I also applied to colleges like sjr but dint go because of distance from my home. Admission process here is simple. Just submitting the documents and doing basic procedure. Staff are very friendly and helping.

Faculty

Good faculty to students ratio. Faculty are available all the time for students and there is no overcrowding of classes. I personally like all teachers . There is no one I dislike. There are 3 internals in each semester. Some class tests are also there

Night Life

Gym is not there. Hostel is not available. Library is present. It is spacious and peaceful for reading. Campus timings are strict from 9am to 4pm. Other hangout places are kfc nearby and empire which is very close.

Perfect for Online Programs

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rat 8/10 as the course was pretty good, I learnt eaverything in my B.com, whether its abut marketing, finance, sales , accounts. So basically it included everything a student needs in their graduation. I suggest that there should have been regular classes with encourages student teacher interaction.

I choosed this course just because as side degree i mainly focus on ca so this is my side degree so why i choosed evening college and yaa teacher may be more presentive while teaching rather than board and ppt slides they can also teach us with some kind of animated videos

Placement Experience:

Presidency University offers 95% placements for the students of different departments. We have different departments likes school of management, school of engineering, school of technology, school of design, school of media and school of law. They offer placements for all different departments. The placements starts from 1st semester it self. Many top companies come to presidency University like the big 4 companies, Deloitte, long, ey, and pwc. Apart from these we also have many other top mnc companies visiting our college for the placements.

MY COLLEGE MY BEST DAYS

Remarks:

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all

Well it was the best days in life I had with friends

Remarks:

They need to improve little infrastructure .they are improving but still need to do. They also have to put some efforts to help students excel in their overall development and rest everything is fine here in canara, i loved studying in this college. Faculties are also good,friendly in nature.
