Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is fairly comprehensive, balancing theory and practicals. Its focus on subject fundamentals influenced my decision to enroll. It provides a decent foundation for academic and professional growth but could enhance practical exposure. More teaching methods with better interactions with students will benefit us. Exam occurs at regular intervals mid terms and final exam with moderate difficulty.
Internships Opportunities
TCS, Infosys, HDFC BANK, and local startups. Roles are data analyst, content writer, customer manager, teaching assistant etc. It ranges from 5000rs to 15000rs initially. Project are IT coding at TCS, financial tasks at HDFC, and marketing/creative work at startups, enhancing practical skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
I got this college through ptet councelling which i paid 27000rs at the beginning and throughout the year they take money for campaign, exam and for identification etc. So overall they take something around 40000rs yearly.
Campus Life
The university hosts events like the annual cultural fest, sports fest and many more. The library offers a decent range of books and journals, but more updated materials and digital access would enhance learning. Classrooms are basic with minimal technological support. The campus provides cricket, javelin, football, indoor games like chess and many more. There are many clubs such as cultural group and i also did anchoring in one such event. It improved my social skills and gave me confidence.
Admission
I chose this college because of it's affordability, faculty reputation, and proximity to home, making it convenient for me. Compared to others it provides basic simple admission process, better accessibility and reasonable fees, but facilities could improve. I applied to other colleges but couldn't make it because of higher cutoff. The admission process here is straightforwardly, based on merit or entrance exam like ptet, cuet etc. Eligibility includes minimum qualifying marks in 12th grade, and the process was smooth and quick.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is really good as they approach every student by themselves and encourage everyone to participate and do well. Every memeber of the faculty is well mannered and easy to approach. The best faculty for me is the physical department where all members are really mature and friendly. I don't have a one that i dislike. There are midterm and then final exam in each semester. The difficulty level is medium to hard. Minute students fail their exam as majority get a passing score. The courses curriculum is decently relevant.
Night Life
As far as i know there is no gym. Cafeteria and library close by 8 pm while public areas are accessible till 9 pm. Hostel enforce an 8:30 pm entry deadline. Inside the campus the garden areas is popular where many students hangout and chilk at times. The locality is generally safe to explore at night. Students enjoy tea stall and group discussions which enhances their social bond and social skills.
Other Applied Colleges
Mohanlal Sukhadia University - [MLSU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc]
