Course Curriculum Overview

4

The dream of lawyer was in my list since my childhood so i have choosen this course and the competitions and opportunities this college gives to the students have made me choose this college. The level of exam is bit difficult as it is law course.

Internships Opportunities

5

The college provides the best intership opportunities at the supreme court, high court as well as in the lower courts.I have applied for district court and was provided the best senior adv and have gained much knowledge about the field.

Fees and Financial Aid

This year the fee's is around 35000 Lat year it was 40000 From next year it will be again less because the university registration fees will be deducted and there is consession for Minority students. There is availability of SSP scholarship for minorities every year.

Campus Life

4

This college conducts the National level Moot court competition every year in the month of March and there is management fest every year. And there is gymakana and indoor games available too here the students can practice and participate in other colleges.

Admission

This college compared to the other colleges have maintained its legacy since 1939. The admission procedure is based on merit basis of your previous course.I didn't apply to any other colleges before approaching this.

Faculty

4

The faculty students ratio is 1:60 And the faculty here is doing the best to give the best knowledge to students. The college has experienced faculty but somewhere the new faculty lacks the knowledge of teaching.

Night Life

4

The area the college is the best the area is surrounded with ny colleges only and is the safest place. The library will be open till 5pm and during exam day's till 8pm and the gym will be convenient for both morning and evening. During night the college will be closed

Placement Experience:

The placements of Christ University Bangalore, are pretty decent. Students are eligible to get placements for the 9th semester, and there are a lot of companies that come for campus placements like Shardul Amrchnad Mangaldas and Cyril Amrchand Mangaldas, Khaitan, Puviyah and co., Trilegal and etc. The highest placement that went last year was 23 lakh, and the average placement is 6-7 lakhs. My plan is to do litigation after getting a degree.

It's the law firms like Wadia Gandhy, Dsk Legal, Trilegal and others. Some merchant bankers too are now a part of our placements thing and this is where it is getting interested as we are getting to explore new opportunities. Pay as of now is around 4-5 LPA but I hope it increases to atleast 10 by 2030.

Placements are okay not so good because of the field as Law doesn't have much placements because it is only given in corporate sector and other things people only have to get employment like for Self employment.

Placement Experience:

The university has a placement cell which is helpful. They help us get internships in which place we want (only if we are eligible). The placements are nice which are reported by the seniors. We got to know that most of the seniors had a starting package of 7L per annum.
