Course Curriculum Overview

4

if you are willing to work in health care field this course is the best choice. u can work in the hospitalas well in software. the curriculum is well built with very informative subjects which you deal when you completed your studies and get to work. the difficulty level of the exams should be increased as per my view so that the student gets vast knowledge and doesnt depend on the important questions.

Fees and Financial Aid

hi. i paid 60000 college fee per year and around 10000 hospital fee per year and 40000 hostel fee. added everything i used to pay around 120000 total fee. i think the college fee got reduced later along with some benefits from the governament. i didnt get any benefits from govt bdw. my batchmates who got benefits from the government used to pay only half of my fee as i couldnt get any. laboratory fee are very less like 100 rupees per lab per year. mostly laboratory, library fee is very less. the scholarships are generally given by the university for the university topper not the college topper. i got two times scholarship from tje university 25000 per one year. over all the course is blooming and the is college is top notch with respect the fee and eductaion.

Campus Life

5

i would say i got best campus life with studies as well as extra curricular activities. we used to participate in various inter college meets and it was fun. we used to go for medical camps, health camps and do social service from our college. we used to celebrate all the major festivals with lot of cultural activities. the sports were the best in the college. we used to get enough time for playing. every saturday afternoon is our sports day. we used to play like anything. we usde to get all the equippment from the college. we are also well equipped with the technology softwares and wifi support. every week we used to have jounal presentations and case presentations

Hostel Facilities

4

the hostels have good water, power, kitchen facilities. the food is good. healthy food is given alongwith milk and snacks. usually south indian is served. morning and evening milk is provide. lunch and dinner are served hot. there is no special registration in the hostel. you should get it done in the college itself and show them in the hostel. the hostel also has good security.

Admission

this is the top college out of all other pharmacy colleges with well equipped laboratories and facilities. the staff here are qualified and encourage you like anything in all areas. this is the top college i applied to and i got seat hehe. so there is no looking back. the admission process is smooth and they care you so much and give you enough time for submission of your documents. in order to be placed in this college you must qualify state board entrance exam and get a good rank. overall admission is smooth and they help you even you dont know anything. you just need to approach the college staff inprior so that they can guide you in advance

Faculty

4

Undoubtedly the staff are less in number but they are all well educated and brilliant. they provide us knowledge not only academically but also in every other aspect. they encourage us to participate in various programmes conducted by other colleges. I like Mr. BVB Balaji so much . the way he teaches and inspires everybody left a mark in me. i usually not liked my pharmacology teached mrs.anupama. she is very strict with everybody which made me not to got to her. usually the exams are year end pattern which means only after the year completion we get to write the final exams but in between there will be two sessional exams conducted in the college. the final question papers will be from the university and go to university for correction. but the sessional papers are from the college itself. the final exams are for 70 marks and the sessional exams are for 30 marks each. altogether from the two sessionals average will be taken and added to the external 70 score which comes for 100 marks.

Night Life

4

usually the night life is restricted. so there isnt any. we used have dinner by 8.30 pm and then study in our rooms and sleep. the night life is nothing much here which is a good thing. college usually engs by 4.30 and then we have snacks and free time for about an hour. then the study time and dinner by 8.30. mostly sleep by 10pm. there is no outing after 7.30pm

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me most is the course provide me with the doctorate as it is a 6 year course it help me to learn new things in medicine. We also visit hospital ward for rounds which helps us to prepare for real world application. The teachers should improve learning ways to shift to board method and the exams would be only once a month. The timings of exam should be increased so that the difficulty level can be reached
