Course Curriculum Overview

It is basically classified into five departments which is essential to the core of he engineering in this college syllabus is framed by anna university but we always wish to study innovation things from the current technology.

Placement Experience

Very good companies like inautix, techmahindra, quest global, L and T, wipro, heaware technologies and many more top rated it companies and core companies are in the list. The average salary of the student start from 2.5 lacs per annum. Based on students talent and capacity the company may hire them.

College Events

We usually celebrate annual day, sports day, achievers award day and technical symposium other than that we will conduct many workshop for outside students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees may depend on the anna university quota and management quota. The difference between them is only 10k or 20k not more then that. If you score more marks then our college trust will give free education to the students those who score more then 95 percentage of marks in 12th based on cutoff.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes bank loan is arranged for the students by the college. If you from lower caste then you can get many number of scholarship in our college.

Campus Life

Here men and women are equal we have robotic competitions and there is no problems between male and female. There is no political interface in the college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is good each and every student is provided with seperate bed and hostel is provided with wifi facility and computer centre. It also has tv room where students can make entertainment in this.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure

Exams which only based on the rule of Anna university. There will be internal exams and after that if time permits they will conduct model exam. practical exam are there.

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

The truth of RMD ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.
