I wrote three Entrance Exams as follows : Iitjee, Srmeee, Viteee Well my Ranks were as follows, 1) Iitjee - 1235372) Srmeee - 213473) Viteee - 71984, But still I wasn't able to make it to any one of the premier instituteThen I Applied for this college and Yippy !!!I got a seat in this college. I was always interested in electronics, So I choose EEE as my first choose while keeping Mechanical as my second choice.Due to my good score in boards, i was able to get a seat in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

My college is under the Anna University, Chennai. So it has to follow the universities Curriculum. The Course Curriculum for EEE and ECE is almost same. The curriculum is updated every 5 years. It is divided into 8 Semester course. The course flow is great and it is easy for anyone who has a passion for Electronics.

I am still in 2nd Year and thus I haven't done any internship yet. But I have come to know from my seniors that there is NO stipends offered by the college. Many companies come here. The big recruiters are Infosys. CTS, TCS, Wipro.

In my college, We have Two main fests,One Tech Fest and another Cultural Fest. The Cultural fest is named as Rapture. It is celebrated every year in Feb. There are participants from various college from all over Tamilnadu. The Techfest is Given various names according to the various departments. They are many students participating in the fest.

Engineering education was never Cheap.However, my college has a fees structure,that is cheap when compared to Other college in Chennai.I paid Rs. One Lakhs in First year. The fees subsequently decreases for the subsequent years. Fees structure is divided as follows,1)Tuition fee - 700002) Mess fee - 120003) Caution Deposit - 50004) Library fee - 10005) Maintenance Fee - 70006) Hostel fee - 60000,(Optional).

As our college is a Jain College, there are many scholarship facilities for Jain Students. Many friends of mine have availed the scholarship. The scholarship amount varies from 10000 to 25000.Deserving students also get a full fee as Scholarship. Many other institutions like Moma, JainsIndia, Jito also offer scholarships.

Campus life at my college is amazing. Many extracurricular activities are encouraged in our college. There are around 40 labs in our college. My college won the overall championship in sports fest held at many colleges. Many workshops are conducted throughout the year. Students are allowed to participate in many events.

The Hostel facility is Nice. The Mess food is Very Tasty.Only Vegetarian food is allowed.The hostel room are in sharing. One room is shared by 4 Students. The Pg facility is also available near our college.

The Senior students are all very helpful as far as I know them. They have won many certificates and they inspire us to participate in competition.The alumni network of our college is very strong and they are always ready to help us in all our Endeavour.
