Good for study

If you want to take B.E. Degree in Gujarat there is no better option that gec don't waste you Money in any self finance college they are equally or less value of getting degree from self finance college and this is most affordable way for those who can't afford the fees

I am doing B.E. in electrical department, so we have four year course here and there is eight semester, in each semester we have internal mid semester exam and also we have internal Viva also for each semester, in third year we have to sumbit a design project under a subject call design engineering and in last four semester we have external Viva too. In final year we have to submit a final year project.

In one word i'll say it's poor, there is no placement or job opportunity here, hardly 2 or 3 company will come with averageand college will not provide any internship we have to find it by own college will give the n.o.c. for the internship.

From begging of January mostly we have exams in this month so after January we are preparing for sports week called MULABLA and this will take one week and after that we start preparing the college level techfest call ANVESHAN and this will occur in March begging after that one cultural event called EUPHORIA which is held in March or April with EUPHORIA we celebrate either D.J. night or musical evening. And we have GIC seminar in two or three months.

This is government college so fees are less for one year 1500/- is college fee and for each semester 500 is our gymkhana fees in which we get facilities of library sports equipments workshop internal examinations and events also.

If you are from OBC category you will get scholarship Under MYSY yojna also if you belong to SC/ST category there is a hostel for them which is free to live only pay for food and also for them there is lots of government yojnas are available, there is no scholarship for general category student.

We have center of excellence in our college which is centre of attraction of our college in which we have the standard industrial equipments by the company Siemens. we are doing practicals and experiment we lern PLC and SCADA we work on AC/DC drives also, we don't have any sports ground here but near our college we have a SMC ground which we are taking for rent and organize our event but for sports it's poor.

There is 2 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel, for boys hostel for each semester 1080/- and for food there is a option for mess if you want to join it's on you for mess one moth you have to pay 4500 and individual for one time 50rs per plate, in 1080 we get all the facilities like hot water,light bill one locker ,oner table chair one bed. In girls hostel there is no mess available.

Lots of students passing from the college are now in good post at there respective place, after center of excellence in field of automation and all our students doing well and put the great impression in it.

There is one committee called ACPC organize the admission process, we have to submit our details and then according to rank we get college, there is 4 round for this process and one mock round for practice, mock round is arranged as per last year record then after mock round 4 rounds will start.

All the faculties are well qualified and some of them are eagerly will to teach, we have center of excellence in we have a great faculties with great knowledge we have some contract base faculties they are not really good.
