Course Curriculum Overview

2

This curriculum completely deals with forest related aspects and forest management influenced me alot in choosing this course Well curriculum sadly doesn't prepare us for real world because there applying this subject everywhere is not possible and further pursuit can only be done if the candidate choose only civils or icar for pg entrance There are few suggestions from my side to improve the course curriculum and teaching methods Curriculum should focus not only on courses but also mental health, personality development, campus placement. Exams are very frequent which is unnecessary

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees in Fcri is 42000 and fee for first semester is just 40000 because we need to pay for admission fee also Scholarships are given by Telangana government For payment quota its ten lakhs for admission

Campus Life

2

Annual day happens for every 3 years and technical festival isnt a thing in FCRI Most of the events in our college are seminars from different departments Library is full of books of each and every course along with books for competitive exams We do have projecters and screens in classrooms We usually play sports like cricket, volleyball and football We have 6 clubs run by students namely Eco club for bird watching, literary club for literature related activity, cultural and drama club for cultural activities, sports and health club, metamorphosis club and ICT club for photography and they can learn responsibilities through clubs and every event is done by clubs only

Admission

I had applied for bsc agriculture in PJTSAU Telangana along with my college But i have got selected in this college and rejected in PJTSAU because we need less rank in Eamcet to secure seat in agriculture college and then comes our college. Admission process always depends on Rank in Tg Eamcet, it is the only way to get into this college Cutoffs do change every year The overall admission experience is very lagging

Faculty

4

Faculty are enough in number in this college Students and faculty ratio is 1:15 Yes faculty are approachable My favourite faculty as of now is Dr.Reeja sundaram maam She always guides us in best way possible We didn't like shivaputra Because he takes classes for a whole day Exams are semester wise One mid and final exams in semester Exams are moderately tough and usually 3-5 fail to clear the exam Course is not much relevant

Night Life

1

Night life is not a thing here, we are always restricted for going out, we just need to stay in hostel Even in evenings we can't go out We do have gym which is very small and no one hangout anywhere 9-5 is college time and remaining we just stay in hostel

Course Curriculum Overview:

Odd sems are kinda better will have time for enough preparation and even sems have less time just for 3months. And papers are good enough and will gain better knowledge. College curriculum and teaching methods are too good.
