What Students Say

Likes

What I liked most is the balance between extracurricular activities and academics
Library facilities are great ,there are more than 25000 books , moreover e-library is also there
Gym, swimming pool, badminton court facilities are something I like

Dislikes

Canteen is often overcrowded,that could be something to work upon
Number of students intake should be less
College doesn't have its own bus to commute

Course Curriculum Overview

According to me if someone wants to go into research field then the course circullium is great.It follows NEP-2020 so also focuses upon practical knowledge.Overall course is relevant in accordance to today's time

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 26000 per year

Placement Experience

For BCA students its around 4lpa and for others courses its around 3lpa.Most of the students to for government exam preparation rather than placements because college placement isn't up to the mark compared to today's requirement

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is 26,000 for first year and increases 500rs for 2nd year and 1000rs for 3rd year.Yes, scholarship is available like NSP and students who are in merit get waivers.NSP scholarship is based on the marks obtained in 12th for first year students.Second year students can avail it on the basis of marks in 1st year

Campus Life

In terms of social aspects it's good because there are so many competitions going around through out the year ,also sports facilities and NCC /NSS helps in personality enhancement. Infrastructure is not that good in my opinion

Admission

Reason behind choosing this college was NAAcC grading it has got which is A++ and a cgpa of 3.82 out of 4 in 2017 which is very High.In recent NAAC inspection as well we got a NAAC grading of A++.also facilities like NCC /NSS/Rovers attracted me.Admission is based upon the marks of 12th grade

Faculty

Teachers are really friendly and do help a lot. We have a semester examination of 35 marks and an internal examination of 15 marks which makes a total of 50 marks.I am pursuing bsc maths which contains 6 major subjects 2 subjects of physics 2 of maths and 2 of chemistry apart from that we have VAC courses according to NEP

Night Life

Gym is available till 8pm cafe till 4 pm and library as well till 4pm .we do not have hostel facilities at present time .college opens at 8 am and closes at 4pm ,college is located in the heart of Jaipur so places to hang out are near

Amazing college with few shortcomings

Remarks:

There are a lot of positive things such as affordable fee structure, few good faculties and good amount of extracurricular activities, for negatives there are a few such as not all teachers are good enough, not many clubs or society, and average placement. The college has a high no. of students which provide good competition but sometimes feels crowded.

On the basis of class 12 percentile. I first submitted an online form then, after a few days, the merit list was out. n students were selected on the basis of 12 class percentile and some reservations were also there for students who belong to SC/ST category.

Placement Experience:

Placement is slightly good in the branch of pharmacy, MBA, CS, etc but there is no placement process for B.Sc students. I think 5-10% of students got placed. I don't know about the package.

subodh jaipur - BA pass course student experience

i dont remember how many college i applied to but i got delected in BHU , DU , RU etc - i dont regret leaving RU( politics ruined environment) for subodh , but DU could be a preffered i don't remeber if i got rejected from any college i applied to addmision is pretty simple just apply a form offline in room no. 226 , eligiblity - above 70 percentage in 12th , there is not any exam but college decide your addmission based on your previous academic performance , no gd or interview needed...Read More

my college is awesome

The admission process to Subodh College Jaipur is very easy and also there is no entrance exam. The student should must at least 40% marks in the 12th class with any stream. It provides a lot of courses B.
