I love my college .

The course curriculum is acutally good. Its mostly theory and common sense oriented and easy to understand. Legal matters can be understood easily by comparing with day to day matters. The curriculum actually prepares the student's theoritically but less practically. Practical knowledge is less . Hence students need to improve those by participating in moot court competitions. The timings of exams mostly might be 2 semesters in 1 year

Yearly fees was around approximately 37000. I did not have any reservations or scholarships. Every fees for example library fee, sports fee etc are included in the annual fee. My batchmate who is an SC/ST category student gets a percentage of their fees back.

There are very less festival programs in the college. This is a great drawback and the college should improve it. Functions happening during festive are like school level functions. In current case scenarios even schools have better functions . Sports and extracurricular activities are going good as there is a great sports faculty. There are social groups such as NCC and NSS.There is an old big library in the college and there is also an E-Library facility too.

I also got admission in Al Azar school of law , todupuzha . But I joined in Kerala law academy because of the history of the college. KLA has much more experienced faculties and famous alumnis . Eligibility to apply was 55% in the +2 level . I was happy to join KLA

Faculty to student ratio maybe approximately around 1:60 but still the faculties are approachable and have good relationships with students. I really like Priya mam , she is a young faculty who understands the difficulties of the students and help them in any difficulty. The principal Hareendran Sir is very friendly and approachable. Anilkumar sir who is famously called as 'motta' in the college is kind of rude but he is a good person who would help you in critical situations. There are 10 semesters and almost 54 exams excluding the internals. There are many students who fail to lear the exam but can write it again with the junior batch.
