Navigating College Life: A student's perspective on KVSR SOPS

In terms of comprehensiveness and relevence i would rate my course circulum as 10 for 10 as the couse provides comprehensive coverage of 5 years of classroom instructionand 1 year of residency or intership. It also mainly focus on cilinical aspects which is crucial for developing skils in patient care and medication management. To achieve my dreams and goals in life I have chosen the PharmD as my course also it is a booming course having multiple opportunities both in medical and research field. This corse prepares aiming student for the drug delivery managemt and patient counseling aspects into the medical field. The frequency of exams is yearly once which is great as we can prepare for exams peacefully without any rush and usually exams are moderate to tough.

I had paid 1.5 lakhs per year as a management student for the course PharmD but through the APEAPCET councilling for the course PharmD it would be around 65 thousand per year other than this yearly scholarship form the college it self is given according to the previous year scoring percentage. The total fees for completion couse would be 9 lakhs for 6 years course the fees of the course may increase in future as the collage is now a private instiution. The financial aid is available for the students for some category of people like SC, ST,BC,e.t.c. through the goverenment programs like fees reembursement programs.

My overall experience in KVSR SCOPS with campus life is awesome with super friendly faculty and seniors whome I can reachout personally foe any kind of help also not only studies bu the extracircular activities for every festive seaon are counducted and are also awesome. We have committees like raghavan committee for anti ragging and also Extracircular activites committee for all the events that are counducter in and outside of the college and the infrastructure is provided by the college. KVSR SCOPS have NSS unit which is active and NSS developes sense of responsibilty towards the society which is great and I being an active meber of NSS feel great just to be part of this NSS programme.

I had choosen this college over other colleges that i had applied to because I have palns to leave for abroad after my UGcompletion in India. I would compare the college infrastrucutre of this college to ohter that in AP I can say that KVSR SCOPS has one of the best infrastructre when compared to Labs, Seminar halls or smart rooms. The admission process is relatively simple in KVSR SCOPS it is like first come first served basis direct allotment of seats on merit based and also through counseling for APEAPCET. I had applied to SRMIST and also got a confirmation for admission but i had chosen KVSR SCOPS because it is one of the best college in Pharmcy in AP also i did not want to home town when I have the best college in the hometown. Eligibility is 12th grade passpercentage 50% with biology as one of the core subject. Exams like APEAPCET in AP is accepted for the admission and it is most prefered exam by students and the cutoof would b 72 marks for PharmD in recent years.

The faculty in the campus are friendly aswell as so supportive and can approach them for any concerns without hesitation.The faculty to student relationship is awesome. The course PharmD is a 6 year course with a mandatory 1 yeartraining. The year end examinations at the end of every year are counducted . the admission into the couse is through direct admission based on merit (management quota) or through state wise exams like APEAPCET, TSEAMCET (only in AP and Telengana respectively). Eligibility criteria includes 12th grade clearence with pass percentage of 50% and biology a one of the main subjects For PharmD we have 4 internal theory exams and 2 internal lab exams they are generally moderate to tough and almost the pass percentage for all the internals is 100 percent.
