Review about Jahnavi Degree college

Relevance of the course is good but still it doesn't correspond to the professional life . Curriculum has to be updated since it doesn't match with the real life situations or work knowledge. Exams are conducted yearly twice and difficulty level is normal which can be easily managed by a above average student

Students are eligible for campus placements after completion of 5th semester. Companies so far that visited our college are Appollo for Cashier for 300000 Deloitte and offer made was for 700000 as a junior assistant with 3 months training Genpact for 850000 for junior assistant on payment based transactions Around 80% students get placement And I am planning to pursue CA course so I am not attending for placements

Our fees for the whole semester is just 15000 if we are eligible for a scholarship of 10000 If we don't have a scholarship then fees is around 25000 per semester and 50000 per year. College is very good as per faculties. They do conduct events and make sure that all the students are participating. They even provide counseling for placements and make sure that every student is getting placement through college and if student is interested they even encourage for higher studies.

Every year annual day is conducted on 26th of August and also bathulkamma festival celebration in the month of October And also biggest event is Ganesh chaturthi in the month of August. We do have a vast library with many books like Power,Rich dad poor dad, etc We don't have a ground but we do have a cricket tournament in a rented ground every month.

I also applied for Acharya Nagarjuna University and got accepted but I had to choose this college due to distance from my house. I was accepted into that university but I was situated in Andhra Pradesh. Student who clear Intermediate with above 700 marks or 70% are eligible to apply and can get admission easily

Even though college has only 2 facilities per subject, They do care about the students and provide atmost assistance. So the faculty to student ratio is around 1:50 The faculty I mostly like is Radha madam as she is the HOD of our department and always encourages us and motivates us about of future The faculty I mostly hate is Mohan Sir as he always pressure students in studies rather than extra curricular activites. Till now I was able to clear all sems expect 4th sem since I was having other professional exams
