Review of MIPS

Positive - Academics is very very good. It is outstanding. Exposure to different seminars, meetings is very high Negative - Management is the worst. Sometimes you do not grades you deserve. Bus facility becomes an issue when the students are very less in number.

The course curriculum for B.pharm is as per PCI. Which I think is made in such a way covering all the necessary knowledge and general knowledge information as per our era. We have semester system(August-December, January - April) each of 6 months approx. In every semester we have 2 mid-semester exams. Apart from that, we have to submit assignments, presentations, practical file viva before each mid sem.

Placement is mainly via open campus. Some companies visit our campus too for placements. No, they do not provide internship. But they let you good training places in recognized industries IPCA, Medgel etc

My college focuses much on extra curricular activities. We have celebrations of almost all major occasions and events like Dandiya night for Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, rangoli, haandi fod for Janmashtami, kite competition and many more in addition to our cultural fest.

The fee is around 70000 per year. Including bus fee throughout the city. In every semester we have to give a common fine of 150rs alongwith the lab breakage if done. The fee includes the fee for cultural events, placement fee, seminars fee, and tuition fee. I think the fee is the same as that of engineering college which is quite feasible.

To ST, SC, OBC government scholarships are there. And there many scholarships for the single girl child, for minority students. For loan, I have no knowledge. But college helps in providing loan to the student by giving them the letter.

My college has 2 pharmaceutical industries so we have our practical over there also which cannot be performed in our college lab. In performing practicals our college is very very good. For sports and other activities, they are good. Interested students maintain it.

Alumni network of my college is not so strong. Alumni meeting was held once in the whole of my college life. They are usually busy. Seniors are not like traditional seniors. We have an anti-ragging policy which makes the atmosphere very free. Even the juniors don't wish seniors. Personal contact with seniors may prove helpful.

Faculty of my college is very experienced and innovative and dedicated and supportive when it comes to academics. They have a vast knowledge of theory as well as practically. They keep on trying new ways to increase knowledge exposure as well as easy learning behavior.
