UID- ignite your ambition

I have a very vast options in my course visual communication as it provides branding, management, video and photo editing so i chose this course. the college focuses primarily on ui ux design . exams are help every 2 months as in mid semester and end semester exams.

many internships are available after 5th semester. even the teachers provide some placement if they really like your work. internships can be over the summer break and even between mid semesters . with many top companies .

SEMESTER 3 gives college placements and internships. many top companies like bata, google visit here and many offers are made say in a class of 60 approx 45 will be getting a placement . uid holds a 85 percent placement record at top companies. Highest package would be around 15-17 lakh while avg will be 8 to 10 lakh per annum. i will be persuing my masters after bdes.

- Year Wise fees paid is 6 lakh/ annum excluding the mess and hostel fees. - many extra expenses like 5k activity fees and 5k enrollment fees. - for management quota 75K extra per semester... thus 7.5 lakh tuition fees per annum. - scholarships are not provided.

Campus life is top class as it involves students everyday with many extra curricular activites like dance, singing, writing etc. library is okayishly equipped for novels but good for course books. Sports field is big and has almost all teams sports on campus. technology in the college is good. many clubs like cultural, creative , dance are running

hostel facility is great our in time is 10 pm . the warden and the maids are not good though. they are mostly money minded and will fine you for anything. water and toilet facility is great. lift in hostel is good and cleanliness is maintained

I got in to WUD sonipat and didnt choose that as it is a new college yet to be established. also pearl academy and didnt choose that because their focus is fashion design. wanted to get into a governement college but could not so UID is next best option in private college.

Faculties are 2 in each class of about 60. very approachable and helpful faculty. i liked MR. JAGAN from the product design department as he is very frank and open while also being a good critic. Most faculties are extremely helpful. no written exams we have a jury 4 times a year mid sem and end sem which will show case the work done throughout the year. only 1 2 modules have theory exams . very relevant course curriculum based on modern times

Yes we had an interview where they asked why this college and course and we showed our work. they also explained different opportunities at UID. they asked about out interests and more to test our communication skills.
