Likes

The conditions of labs are very good,also they provide ac on labs
Teachers are very friendly they helps students during exam time.
Various types of competition are organized for students growth

Dislikes

Our college campus is not so large, and staff's behavior is not good
Labs are good but the condition of some computer are not good at all
Benches and chair are not good condition in some classrooms

Bca is really a good course and this helps too much on our career, we know basic to advanced about computer which help us to our future , although the course is hard but if you study carefully then it becomes easier, we know about various languages like c, c++, html, java, python etc.

From 5th semester student got placement Currently the accenture company visited to our college The teachers are selected almost all the students tehy judge you for your practical knowledge not in marks After graduation i going forward to mca

Fees and Financial Aid

Annually i paid 20,000,this is 3years course and i am currently taking preparation for 5th semester, they have scholarship for merit student and also for obc, sc st category student, tution fee is 6,944 admission fees 100 and others.

Campus Life

we have a computer club in our college, the the members are the students and the teachers, they organize various technical competition and they give prize to the student for their encourament, also various guests are coming in this evet to share their experience

Admission

I applied in other college like ambedkar college and janta college but the computer department of my college(sardar patel mahavidyalay) is better than them , For travelling issue i couldn't go to these colleges, If you get 50 percent above then you got admission in our college

Faculty

The computer faculty is very good some teachers are rude to student but some are amazing, they give internal marks to the student according to their presentation in classroom, all teacher are appreciate student during our seminar or exam time they helped us very much

Typically in the TY i.e from 6 sem college provide placement but with the some criteria, but i felt that for BCA there is no placement, just for name purpose The college does not good provide I.V. we have visited once for I.V (industrial visit) that i felt that is picnic more instead of industrial visit so over all this is also only for name purpose

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because game development seemed facinating to me. But after studying for few months, I lost my interest completely. The method of teaching is TRASH. Faculty : student ration is 1:30. For the Pune branch only 1 exam will be conducted at the end of the each sem(6 semesters = 6 exams) i.e end semester exam. Questions are asked from what is taught in the class or from given study material

My experience of on-campus and online learning is adventurous

Placement Experience:

In my department, final year students are eligible for campus placements with no backlogs and a good score. A student should have at least 60% to get placed. We are lucky to have companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and many more for our placements. It's not easy to get placed but college helps with aptitude, personality development and improves our English communication too.

Remarks:

pune University has a detailed syllabus to study and it gives chance for both management and technical stream. I like the faculty and studies. the staff is very helpful. It has a STP( student training program) for student which helps in aptitude knowledge.
