Excellent College

College management is excellent. The professors are very good. Non Teaching staff is extremely cooperative.

It is in line with the directions laid down by the University of Mumbai The curriculum is prescribed by the university from time to time. The last semester has three projects with two subjects. There are additional summer projects that need to be completed. Industrial visits and participation is research paper publication is also a part of the curriculum.

College tries to place all the students in reputed organizations. The college has a tie-up with most of the industrial houses in the vicinity. It also has good equations with IT companies. Senior pass out students also help the college by way of referrals. For an internship, college works with the industry to get the students placed and tracks their activity. Project work is reviewed and certified after completion of the internship.

Industrial Visits, Internships, Seminars, Research Papers, Yoga Day, Sports, Cultural activities. Industrial visits are done across the country. College makes all the arrangements from travel to stay to industry visits. College also in association with various universities arranges seminars on topics related to the subjects. College also encourages the students to publish research papers. The college has its own internal events such as cultural day, sports day, yoga day.

Fees are in line with the norms laid down by DTE Maharashtra Government. College also has scholarships and concessions if applicable to students. The first year fees are about INR 105000/- without concessions. Other Expenses on Book and Periodicals would be about INR 10000/- per annum. If the student is eligible for scholarship or free, then they are required to pay only for books and periodicals.

I did not apply for any scholarship or education loan but the college was kind enough to give me time to pay my fee in a staggered manner. I was required to pay my fees in part before the exams. The college is not rigid on payment of fees and tries to accommodate all the students if there are any financial difficulty in payment of fees.

Campus life is robust. Students from different walks of life join the college. Since the college is on the campus where we have the Medical, Engineering, Diploma and Nursing students, it provides a wide association with different students. The campus is big and hence there is a lot of cross skill interaction.

The college has an alumni network of past students and keeps a record of the students. It also has a LinkedIn page for the ex-students alumni. College does activities to be in touch with past students for internships or placements.

Applied online through Directorate of Technical Examinations Portal, Maharashtra Government. Once the student has appeared for the competitive examination for management courses, he has to check the DTE status for dates when the site would be available to select the colleges. Then the admission process is online. Once the admission is confirmed online, one has to go to the college to pay the fees. At the time of payment of fees, one has to submit the documentation which includes mark lists and passing certificates, etc.

The faculty is very learned and ready to help all times. The professors are available round the clock to assist the students. Faculty is up to date with changes in the industry. Faculty members help the students in grooming for the industry. During placements, faculty members are of great help, as they guide and motivate the students. Excellent examination preparation is done by the students by the faculty members.
