The Complete Guide to parul university: Evaluating Education and Campus Life

My course is integrated bba mba where we get masters degree in 4 years of graduation and is great . The specific aspects of curriculum that influenced my decision was that it is saving my 1 year for which i could utilize it in best way doing job or preparing for any exams and also the fact that we are being teached a level extra from that of bba course like what we are taught in 2 or 3 sem the bba students are taught in their 4 and 5 sem so its an advantage too. The curriculum provides hand to hand practical knowledge too like we have lot industrial visits ,seminars being conducted, expert talks are arranged so we get the real life knowledge apart from the bookish things and the main thing is that the faculties provide opportunities for doing internship to ho and work for companies so that we get prepared for our corporate life.The exams are conducted at a gap of 2 months of each sem we have mid exams and then end sem after 6 months of the sem starts.There are lot improvements to do.

The university provides placement opportunities for students as well as in campus placement too if students wants to work with the university at different feilds . The last year students of each courses are eligible for placement many companies come to provide opportunities. Companies like accenture , aixtor technologies, I2V systems , mind array systems , reliance industries, asian paints , Amul , and many more . The offers made by companies depending upon the courses. As for IT the highest package have gone upto 10 lakh and for HM it have gone upto 30 lakh last year. The average package is of 8 to 10 lakh. The percentage for students getting placement is 50 to 60 %. As for me after getting the i want to go to the profession of being a professor i want to pursue phd and want to teach students and build the other professions .

The fees for integrated bba mba for my batch is 110000 for which 90000 is the tution fees and rest 20000 is the university fees . Currently i am in 3 year and for 1 year the fees was 115000 as it included the student kit in which we got books for referrals containing books of accounting, economics, a dictionary etc a bottle , cap , t shirt and a bag . And for the next 2 years that is my 2 and 3 year the fees is 110000 and will be same for 4 year as well. For the registration fees i submitted 10000 in advance and then this was deducted from my total year fees in first year . University provides many fees aids as well in form of scholarships and relaxation for minorities. Me being from army background as my father is in army i got defense scholarships of upto30% and it gets for every year that i got relaxation of 33000 every year. And same for the people who belong to minority sections also get the benefit i don't know much about it as i belong to general. For 2023 batch fees got up

The university provides a lot of opportunities for students to grow . There are number of events that are held in parul university especially in piba like Bba bazaar to froster entrepreneurship and business practices, bba talent hunt to explore the hidden talents of students at university level there is a grand event called DHOOM where students can showcase there talent at university level whether it could be dance , singing , modeling or anything . Other events like tech expo , projections are held in engineering department. For enhancing your knowledge parul library at each department provides a wide range of books either for your studies or competitive exams preparations. The education is combined with the new technological advancement with smart classes . There is a sports department at university and each year where various tournaments are held at both university and hostel level . Even there's a cell for social work, and various clubs like nexus club in piba.

There are variety of hostels for both boys and girls according to affordability. 15 hostels for girls and 20 hostel for boys . Facilities provided There are lot of Facilities being provided as per my hostel sarojini b with 5 sharings there is a common washroom , for each bed there is installed a switch board , a spacious cupboard as well a common cupboard for extra things and seperate study table . The hostels are hyginic with regular cleaning , and contains dustbins at each floor . For other hostels with extra charges there are ac , vending machines for snaks , attach washrooms for each room , spacious cupboard, study table , bulletin board, and face detection for attendance . The mess meal is good with great quality and unlimited food. The food is fresh and hygienicly made .The menu provides a wide variety of food every day. For those who rent room or pg may find it in city which is far from the college aprrox 1 hr distance so its good to live in campus hostel as per my opinion

Afyer completing my 12 i wanted to apply for delhi university but due to its criteria of doing bba we need to compulsory have maths due to tjis issue i was not able to apply for delhi university. I chose parul university due to various reasons firstly the main reason was it was in gujrat , gujrat is comparatively safe from delhi or any states of gujrat, gujrat is full of cultural heritage . The second reason was the university fees is comparatively good and affordable not much expensive with lot of amenities and facilities and third reason was its infrastructure and amenities. Admission process : For taking admission in parul university you don't have to clear exams the only criteria is to have marks over 60% in 12 to get admission Then we need if we fill criteria we need to fill registration or booking fees of 10000 and book hostel if you willing to this can be done online . Then for admission process we need to come to university do the procedures and pay rest fees and done .

For my faculty of Piba are very supportive especially the dean and the principal they encourage students to go ahead in their feild of interest whether it could be enterpreurship or your hobby of sports or singing or anything . If we need any help regarding studies exams or anything they help us our without any issues . I liked my 2 faculties one was of marketing and finance because of their way of teaching and their supportive behavior towards students . All the faculties are great , there are some whose teaching style is what i don't like otherwise all are good . As for me i like our finace and accounts faculties. For each semester we have 2 exams first is mid term is of 40 marks and next is the end sem which is of 60 marks. The exams pattern is good for the students who study its not that hard . There might be few students who fail like out of 100 10 students get backlog the reason could be not studying as the exams are not that difficult. The course curriculum is utmost relevant.
