Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum that is designed by the university has both pros and cons. As they have some subjects which have very practical approach that would help in future to the students. But some subjects are based on multi tasking engineering basis that's why a student from civil department may have to study subjects from electronic department also and its vice versa sometimes. So these are not that beneficial in reality as shown in the paper work.

Fees and Financial Aid

Academic fee : Rs 7000 per semester Hostel fee along with mess charges: Rs 27000 per semester Examination fee: Rs 3200 per semester Development fee: Rs 2000 per semester This is a summary of charges taken by the college from the students each semester. This could slightly increased with passage of time.

Campus Life

3

The infrastructure of the college is good enough. As the availability of college labs and auditoriums makes it different from other non-technical colleges. The are run regularly. Fest like technook are held once in year. Books and general availability are not that good but sources on the internet make it easy. There are various clubs formed but due to academics and examinations they got active properly during events generally.

Admission

For getting admitted in this clg one have three methods. Either you can appear in IIT mains examination and you will we alloted CLG according to your rank. The second one is mock round in which if you don't got any clg during first round of application then can appear in mock round in which you can gat a chance to admit here on the basis of seat availability, interview performance and catogary of yours. The third way of getting admitted is to appear in Lateral entery examination. After cracking that you could get direct admission in the second year of the college, the branches left with vacant seats will give you admission.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty to students ratio varies branch wise. Overall it's good in all the branches. Like - Civil Engineering: 10:50 Computer science engineering: 8:60 Electrical engineering: 15:45 Electrical and communication Engineering:10)40 Now the facilities of almost all branches are familiar to their students. And the way of approaching is also satisfactory. If we talk about either internal or even external examinations they are conducted on a good level as the type of questions asked are of good level and tests students remembering, writing and numerical solving approaches properly.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many big companies, like Amazon, Adobe, etc., It comes every year and offers a nice package to eligible students. Every year, nearly 50 companies pay a visit. CSE students got the maximum package and offers here, followed by ECE. The highest package in the 2021 year was 1.60 crore, which was an off-campus placement, but when we talk about on-campus placement, the maximum package was also 42 lakhs. The average salary is ten lakhs. Almost all CSE students got placed this year. The CSE and ECE placements are really excellent here. But there are few placements in core branches.

Placement Experience:

Tech Mahindra, L&T, Google, and many more companies offer internships with stipends during their learning months. Projects are to be completed before final exams because according to the projects final semesters marks are given and externals give marks on their performance and hire each graduate. At 7 the semester college students are eligible for placements here. Some placed after that and at the ultimate, nearly many students positioned at the precise package.

Placement Experience:

By far, 3rd-year students sit in drives and placements. But from this year 2nd year is to doing good and planning for internship and various pre-placement offers. Last year, the Highest package was given to 3rd (now 4th) year student of 15 Lac per annum from Cisco. Other few students are placed in Capgemini and all. The average package is 4 lac per annum. only half of the students sit in placement as most of them are inclined towards higher studies or Government jobs so even if they receive offers, they reject it. I want to be an IPS officer just after passing my college in 2023. Apart from this, I want to work too in MNC as a cyber security specialist in Software developer.

Placement Experience:

eligibility- from 7th semester students are allowed to participate in hiring process. companies - TCS, BYJUS, COGNIZANT, MINDTREE, DXC, ITC, WIPRO, are significant recruiters who hired some students. TCS hired most, 14 students and most of the other companies hired one or two students. only 30% of us are placed, luckily I am one of them. only one student has been placed by core companies. Only one came to our college. Rest of them are software Engineer or sales executive jobs. no of student placed is really poor so I recommend you not to take admission in our college. I am now hired by DXC technologies, waiting for the joining dates and venues. I have plans of higher studies after two years when companies allow us to do higher study, Mtech or MBA.
