Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course We did was fine. For teaching method I would love if they speak english and its not like they don't but its kinda hard for us to understand. And most of the students are local. They use to teach in their native Language. So the area for improvement would be Language. And the exams was fine

Placement Experience

4

I think students can apply for Placement from 7/8 semester.I did went for an interview as well but I didn't recalled the name of that company. And the offer they provided was like 15k per month or something.I have no idea about the highest and average package. Most of them actually got the placement. And my plan after degree, I dont know. I do music as well so I think i will more focus on this and make it as a career

Fees and Financial Aid

For yearly I paid around 120000 including Hostel. It includes tution fees,Extra curricular activities feess,Ac fees and all. Most of the local paid less than us as they are coming from home and theres no hostel fees for them.I did apply scholarship for Isshan Uday and i was around 70000 per year if i dont have any back subject.

Campus Life

4

For festibal, each department have their own festivals and we called it Spectra. But the biggest would be Ripple. Theres music,Dance, Dj, mimicry, Competition etc. and we celebrated for 3 days. It was fun. Theres some classrooms with projecter. For sports thers always inter college tournament.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel was fine. They did provided AC as well for us but we have to paid the bills for that. And theres free wifi. one I thing i like the most on hostel whould be there was no light off more than 2 mins. they have backup generator so its 24 hours. For the meal It was okay, like we used to make it our own inside the room sometimes but mostly we had mess food.

Admission

I did applied for VIT vallore but unluckily I didn't selected so I ended up here.Yeah i did rejected. I didn't make it cause I was not prepared for that exam at that time. The admission process was pretty fun.Me and my friends went for a scholarship and after i got selected , they offer me the college.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is quite BIg.Thers also enough lab. The faculty I like the most would be Water Management. And we did our final project on that lab. The faculty I didn't like would be Python Programming. I dont know why just not my type I guess.

Other Applied Colleges

Vellore Institute of Technology - [VIT University] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Civil Engineering)

I didn't selected

Placement Experience:

The placement here is pretty good , we can get internships from 3 rd year onwards but the placement is after 4th year . The highest package offered here is 1.08 cpa The average package offered here is 6 lpa And if you want to get a good enough package here you will habe to study. Hard and be productive in coding it will be best if you maintain a higher cgpa than 8 . Many companies come here like amazon, google, tcs and many more.

Placement Experience:

I am currently in 3rd year. From what I have heard and seen. There are core companies like Boeing, indigo etc.. who are regularly coming for campus placement. This year I heard that about 11-12 people for selected in Boeing for a package of 9-10 LPA. I can say one thing for sure that placements are only based on your individual performance and your skill set. Just learning the course isn't going to land you a job. All the people who are competing for this job has done the same thing like you did (ie complete this course). Try to know your basics very well instead of faking your CGPA. Attend lectures, competition and internship to keep that resume look unique

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Artificial Intelligence and data science as I was veey much interested to learn about AI and I believe that this course has a lot of scope outside. In my college they do provide a good curriculum for this course that teaches things from the basic to advanced level. The difficulty level of exams is a bit high sometimes but if we maintain a good score overall it will be easy to pass.
