Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I was into commerce from clas 9 and i had a dream to become a banker so that's why i chose tbis course, the bcom course should be more tough they should add some extra level of hardness so that students can take part in upcoming study easily, the exam difficulty was not really hard.

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid around 16k for the addmission and didn't take any coaching as i had a part time job after college, the college system was excellent and very supportive towards it's students, the teachers were extremely supportive and students showed them great respect, there were no discrimination based on cast and Colour in college all were respected same.

Campus Life

4.5

Different type of religion festival are celebrated in our college. Fresher and annual party us also celebrated there, books are available in massive range in our Library, clasroom is a bit old structure based but good, sport curricular activities in our college is average,

Admission

I applied in jamia delhi also but didn't cleared it's exam so i had only option to choose this college, I didn't got rejection from any college but i couldn't clear entrance exams of jamia delhi, i failed it because i was in overconfidence, for addmission in ddu gorakhpur you need to pass an entrance exmas which is basically a multiple choice based omr sheet exam and cutoff at my time was 120/200,

Students used to enjoy there college lifestyle as they had imagined there were really good relationship between classmates, i liked the sport event facility very much they used to organise a cricket and sport event every year for us, what i didn't like was there were no canteen in college, we had to give 2 exams per year, and almost 98/100 students passed it out.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The core circular is moderately relevant but lens more forward theory than the practical application code, subject cover, fundamental concept and providing a base, but there is limited focus on industrial skill project work, coding or case studies which affect real world redness. Elective options are few restricting subject choice. The labour is mostly fake and really updated making it less aligned with the current industry. Trends exams are conducted twice a year medicine and M with internal contributing about 30% of the mark the frequency naval but timing of clashes with the critical session level is moderate theory tends to focus on road learning rather than the critical thinking. Overall the circular needs to more practical exposure, updated content and flexibility to prepare student for employment or higher studies.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester students become eligible for campus placement as after completing the sixth semester they can apply for the available vacancies. The companies which visited a college for placement are Flipkart Zomato Axis Bank etc. These companies gave many offers to the students to apply for the job, the best ones are selected. Highest package given to a student is 5lakhs Annual. To the student who had much quality 70% of students in the college get placements after they complete their studies. My plan after getting the degree is to apply for a job in a bank or to look for any government sector to work in.

Admission:

The admissions are purely based on merit. The eligibility criteria is a student must have passed INTERMEDIATE WITH 40% FOR GENERAL AND OBC, SC/ST -33% MARKS. There is no Interview and the total number of seats intake are 80. The admission process is quite straightforward and lucid. I chose B.com because it provides a broad scope of employment options and job scope for graduates as a large number of B.Com graduates choose to pursue self-employment or land lucrative salary packages in prestigious companies.

Remarks:

Starting off with the negative effects of attending college. Tuition has skyrocketed over the years leaving college students thousands of dollars in debt right out of high school, since many people cannot afford to fully pay their schooling off. Going in that much debt is a huge benefactor of people attending college because many people just cannot afford it.

A few negative effects are debt, partying, sexual assault, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps he/she to become more independent and grow as an individual.
