Our college- The M.P. Shah govt. Medical college

We have a very good curriculum. It was always my and my father's dream to become a doctor. I always wanted to do the mbbs. M. P. Shah Medical College was my father's dream college for me to study mbbs. We have to do the hospital duties for our practical knowledge and it is necessary to do practices. We have a practical system in which we have to examine ourselves before patients. Our Professors ask our review about teaching methods and they teach us in a way we like.

We have to do our internship program in G. G. Hospital attach with our college. We have to complete the one year of internship in this hospital. After internship we have our degree . We have huge hospital so we can get opportunity to interact with people having different diseases with different cases.

The year wise fees is 25000 rs per year is a college fees. 2800 rs per year is a hostel fees and about 700rs is our library and sports fees. We have to pay 3000rs per year for regular university exam. For supplementry exams se have to pay 5000rs. We have student mess so we have to pay about 2500rs per month for our food.

Our college has many clubs. We do many events in our college and the spotlight of our college event's is our navratri and Ectascy( our annual function) . In navratri we play garbas and i promise you will very enjoy our navratri. We wait for the whole year to celebrate Navratri of our college. In ecstasy we have many events like dances, fashion show, DJ night, personality contest, face painting, wall painting, lost and found, antakshri, etc. We enjoy for 7 to 8 days in it and it is the most memorable things pf college life. We have many clubs too like blood donation club and other clubs which help to educate people of our society. We have almost all the books in our library. A wide range of books is present. Our classrooms have a very good infrastructure with the central AC. our college building is new.

I chose this college because it was my father's dream college for me and it is nearer to my house. This is not the main reason. I chose this college because it has better infrastructure and facilities than another college. We have the Gujarat 2nd most popular hospital attached to our college. Hospital has a rush of patients and we know about almost all diseases because of that. We earn professional skills. This college is very safe for the girls. Girls can feel safe easily. First, you have to apply for the NEET exam and have to be eligible for it. Then you have to score good marks in it to take admission in this college. You have to apply the online admission form then you get the result based on the merit list. Then come to college and confirm your admission.

We have very good faculty to student ratio. And our faculty are very good they help us in every way possible. Specifically the faculties of first year are very good. I like the Mital sir the most, he is Hod of our anatomy department. I like him because he is very professional in his work and very strict and also very freely with the students. He is very regular in his time table. He is the first one to come in class even studenta come after him. He also helps us in other fields too. We have 4 exams per year. 2 internal exams, 1 preliminary exams and one university exam. We need internal marks for seeting in the university exam.
