- There are the plenty of resources here to develop the skills and even for improving your communication skills
- There are lot canteens here when you don't like the food and almost everything is available inside the campus itself.
- There are two gyms available inside the campus .one is free of cost and the other is international level gym for developing your physique.
Dislikes
- The thing most of us don't like is food because Andhra and Telangana people need sometime to adjust with food.
Course Curriculum Overview
In the first year there will be same classes and same syallabus for all the department students like cse ,ece,eee, food and technology everyone sits in the same classroom itself .But from the second year there will be classrooms allotted according to their departments
Internships Opportunities
To discuss about the internships ,there is an opportunity in kalasalingam university also to complete your some of the semesters in foreign country and also by doing internships.And if you are particularly interested to do internship there is a special programme called kalvium which helps you to get the internships from the 2nd year itself
Placement Experience
Placements at the kalasalingam university is good . But to be frank don't think that everyone will get the highest package of 54lpa . But if you try there will be a package of around 8-10 lpa at starting.And for the students who are interested in entrepreneurship has good opportunities at here they will provide the money if your idea.is to good
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure based on the 12th marks If you got more than 95% then it's 110000 per year and 90 to 94.9% then it's 129000 per annum for cse .And there will be 11500 for extra curricular things . You can learn many things clg because here cgpa is not enough to get the degree you should also complete some non cgpa credits .Through the non cgpa credits you will learn a lot
Campus Life
There are many clubs in the college like hackathon club, photography club,vishaka club,telugu literature club etc you can join in the clubs according to your interest .And for the sports there is an indoor stadiums and big playgrounds.you can also join in the NCC and NSS in the college
Hostel Facilities
And the hostels accomodation fees starts from 80000-140000 we can choose accordingly like a.c and non a.c three sharing , four sharing ,five sharing etc.. And there will be veg,non veg and north indian mess at hostels . But the food will be not as much as you expect.You can eat 2 times a day.And cleaning is two times a week .And there is some restrictions you should not wash the clothes inside the hostel there will be laundry facility and sometimes water shortage is more in our college.And no electrical things allowed inside the hostel other than phones and laptops
Admission
The only thing most of the telugu students join at kalasalingam university is the fees.Because compared to the colleges in Andhra and Telangana this college is best in my perspective . And mostly placements is also good as compared to the most of the colleges which is having the higher fees than the kalasalingam university
Faculty
The faculty in the kalasalingam university is very friendly. But the most of the faculty is tamil but they try to convey their best in english . And faculty in cse is friendly and little harsh in the ece but not everyone . And the tamil faculty is mostly little biased with the tamil students.
Interview Experience
And for the juniors there will be an freshman induction programmes.In that they will conduct some of the group discussions programmes.which really gives the good interactions with the seniors for the juniors .
