Remarks

To say about my college, it's really heaven to study and to grow up. With very good infrastructure and nice faculties, our college is really a perfect option for studying engineering in Coimbatore.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college offers 5 courses in the engineering stream. Provided with every facility for studying theoretically and practically.our college provides us a very good library. Exams are conducted frequently and that helps every student to achieve good marks in the semester. And make every student feel comfort and confidence in attending semester exams. The scheduled studying process molds our college students as a very good engineer.

Placement Experience

Many companies had conducted campus interview here and students get placed in various companies with a very good salary. Our college provides the facility for our students to get participate in campus drives conducting in other colleges too.

College Events

Our college is conducting an inaugural function for the freshers every year. More than that every department will conduct symposiums individually as a grand function by getting participation from students of other colleges.we all celebrate Pongal, women's day as a grand function. Other than these we have an annual day, sports day and social awareness programs too.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Am opted for electronics and communication engineering and the fee structure for the first year for me was as a total of 65000/- that was not really a heavy thing for a course like engineering. Even though our college is providing concession on the fee amount as per the mark obtained in the higher secondary examination. And many other concessions too.

Fees and Financial Aid

For getting scholarships we have to give the details about that to the admin department and they will guide you what exactly we have to do for getting the scholarship. Process for that is not so complicating we can get that easily if we are eligible for that.

Campus Life

With our beautiful campus environment, we all are enjoying our college life along with our peaceful studies. Along with studies we are provided with extracurricular activities by various clubs, and we have sports too. There will be competitions conducted by various clubs including sports. As part of the infrastructure, our college has well-equipped labs for our budding engineers.

Alumni/Alumna

The plus point is that our senior students are very helpful for us to get know about many on our course and also about the various contacts outside that will help us in the future. And the main thing, they help us in our studies a lot.

Admission

By seeing a poster of our college my brother get excited about the infrastructure and he enquired the teaching and other facilities in our college. Everything was satisfying and we further proceeded the steps for admission. College faculties were available in the admission cell. They guided us clearly and getting admission was very smooth.

Faculty

Our college is provided with well trained and qualified faculty members. Every faculty get to mingle with our students and make them understand and study what engineering is. The specialty of our faculty members is, they all take care of the students as their own children. They are making us confident to face the highly competitive world waiting outside for us.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Our internship

The eligibility criteria are according to your class's 10th and 12th marks. At the moment you reach the college you can get the form from reception and there is no charge for the form. You can fill out the form there and submit it to the mam present at the reception. There is no reservation benefit in our college so far from what I know.
