Course Curriculum Overview
For me, radiology is something I never thought i would pursue but at the same time it's quite different and unique. When i got to know about this course it was very fascinating for me. And the scope it has is great. Not only in india if you want to go international with this course you will have a great scope. The curriculum is a bit difficult but great in the long run as it is more of a technical degree you need to have a more realistic approach. The students need to know the theory of how it works and at the same time, they need to know how to apply it practically and the curriculum exactly prepares you for that. As for exams exams are mostly conducted in November. As the session is from December to December.
Internships Opportunities
Studemts are offered nice internships acvording to the courses. For AHS studemts 1 year internship is given that they have to complete within karnataka. In 2nd and 3rd year they will be given postings of 2 months in hospitals for which they have to maintain a log book. Internship is given into good hospitals they can be government as well as private. College has many good hospitals comnected with them.
Fees and Financial Aid
First year: 125000 Second year: 67000 Third year: 67000 As for the uniform fee you'll be charged 6000. As for the annual tuition and uniform fee it might change annually( probably will increase). As for the schlorships, college provides all the scholarships that govt. Offers for students. As for the registration fees, you need to pay it during exams with the other fees imposed by university like the marks certificate fee, per subject you have to pay the fees and the center fees also which in total will be around 3k or 4k.
Campus Life
Many fests and festivals are celebrated greatly in the college. As for the freshers its mostly held in february. The fests are held in june or july. For cultural and annual days they are held in august. For sport days they are held 2 times for 3 days annualy. Library is vast. You can find all the books related to the courses there. Yes but there might be a shortage of books time to time for a certain editions Classrooms do have projectors and fans. With a good lighting. And have a good writing board with benches that are comfortable. Students now are forming many social groups in which you can be a memebr easily.though it will take time to form clubs for different things nut college is already working on that
Admission
For this course, you need to qualify for your 12th exams in PCB. As its a bachelor's degree, there is no need for NEET or any other entrance exams. You can find the application form and dates on their websites or by directly visiting the college. For me, I got my admission directly to college and as a student from Kashmir, I needed some extra documents like an eligibility certificate and migration certificate. All the students outside of Karnataka need eligibility certificates. As for admissions it's a pretty easy and simple process. The exams are not difficult if you study. It may be a bit challenging as its all new for a student but with dedication, you can easily qualify.
Faculty
The faculty is extremely talented and approachable. The students can go to them anytime and intercat with them during the college hours. As for their approach to teaching they give us there best. And they make learning fun. Staff can be a bit strict as they have to be.
