- I liked the infrastructure and greenery of the campus. There are many plants in the campus which makes the environment peaceful.
- I liked the experiment labs and classrooms of the campus. Also the connectivity of the college with main city makes it very convenient.
Dislikes
- There is no proper conducting of classes.
- There is no system of placements. The placement cell does not work properly.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is more of a bookish stuff rather than practical knowledge. It does not prepare us for the real world applications.There should be creative and practical way of teaching. The exams are held according to the semester system twice a year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to submit the fees at the time of admission. The fees of my course is 5000- 6000 only as it is a government college. Many scholarships like NSP are provided. There are no job roles and stipends awarded.
Campus Life :
There is one annual fest named VEETHIKA . It is a 2-3 days fest in which students from different colleges participate in various activities like solo dance, group dance, solo singing, group singing, nukkad natak, stand up comedy,painting, face painting, fashion show etc. It is held in february every year. Library has plenty of books. The college has a 2 tier library. There is a sports ground and the college participate in many tournaments.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is the most pleasant place in the whole campus. I am a hostel student and my experience is very nice. We cat a regular size room with one table, a bed and an almirah. There are 2 seaters and 3 seaters both. Regustration form is also available on the official website of the college. Meal quality is quite nice we get a meal 4 times a day.
Admission :
Admission process was quite easy and reasonable.We can find the application form on the official website uniraj. There is no application fees. The application usually starts some days after the 12th class results.The exams are not much difficult. The reservation benefits can be availed in the admission process.
Faculty :
There are less permanent teachers. There are more guest faculty . They do not come in class regularly. Classes are not conducted according to the timetable. Teacher approachablity is quite nice. Practical classes are held regularly.
