Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is appropriate and aligns with the course. As this is a government college, so the government curriculum has been followed throughout the state and India. Most of the content can be found online and on YouTube and most of the PDF can be found easily no need to purchase the books and all at the time of exams as most of the studies can be done online without investing much in books. Yearly exams are being conducted for a BCom right now and timing Is mostly, in the afternoon.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the college remains cost-effective and great for financially weak students. There is admission fees, there, exam fees and basic college fees which gets up to 6000 an year. There is many scholarships which are being provided by the Indian government. Currently, many of my friends are Seeking for Medhavi Yojana, which makes the annual fees like 100-200 a year. There is no valuable fees on any compulsory fees which needs to be paid throughout the course. There is no campus employment available at the moment.
Campus Life
If interested, there are many possibilities and opportunities for the one seeking for sports, music or dance things in the college. As there are many active many events that have been conducted and many of the students participate in other colleges as well. Our college majorly focuses on Sports and dance and also NSS club. The library does not include much of the latest versions of the books and journals, but perhaps some old and authentic books to refer to. Overall, the extra curricular activities remain a priority in our college.
Admission
There was no entrance exam or any of that I just filled up the form using the government website for the government colleges one and that costed around ?600 at the local MP online shop and I got the admission in the first go with like 76% in 12th in commerce I got the admission right through it without investing much in admissions or Roaming and for the college research. I got this form from the college and fill up the form and like I got it to write through it within a day or so. While filling up the form using the government website, we can fill 3- 4 MP government colleges at the moment and I opted for three colleges and I got through all the all the three and I choose this one as this was the most convenient one for me as it was nearby my place and it was affordable. The exams are being conducted in the college itself as it is an autonomous college and the difficulty of the exams is a moderate, it is not very difficult and it is conducted smoothly.
Faculty
As most students consider coming to the college during the examinations, so the student teacher ratio remains accurate during the classroom times as most students are absent. One teacher deals with almost 60 to 70 students in a class but mostly 20 to 30% of the attendance is there. The learning experience remains fine as if we go to the college regularly, the teachers teach well and in a very accurate manner. The faculty there is mostly helpful and understanding in terms of the student experience. They are all qualified and with lots of teaching experiences. They have accurate and most high-level knowledge of the subject they are proficient in. Mostly the teachers are approachable and interaction with the teachers remains very easy.
