Faculty members are very polite and cooperative. with the students . Professors ans phd scholars are highly qaulified .they have vast knowledge in their subject.many compettions are even organised for overall skill development of the undergraduates.
Labs have all the essential equipments and machinery much needed in the field of biotechnology . We have 8 to 10 autocloaves . Pcr and many such advanced machines. So that students gain praper knowledge about the parctical work .

Dislikes

Our campus lacks in cleanliness . Hygeine is something that is not taken proper care of in our instituion . Taps are not working . Washerooms always remains dirty . A pungent smell always remians around the toilet areas.
Chemicals in labs are expired . They are of no use . Because of which sometimes we dont even get proper results of our experiments

Course Curriculum Overview :

Exams in our institute are quiet delayed sometimes . But as biotechnology is a field which requires deep practical knowledge. So if you are interest in lab and research work you should definitely go for this course . Mlsu being govt. College is ranked among top colleges of rajasthan and is naac certified.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 47000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total fees of my course is around 1 lakh 30 thousand for full 3 years which is quiet affordable . Other than this for every final semester exam you have to pay around 2000 as exam form fee. There are even concession in fees for minorities and category students and physically challenged candidates. But to be honest there are no such good placements from. Our college

Campus Life :

There is a library where you can access all the books related to your course . .there are no festivals celebrated . But a lot of competition are personally organized in our department for overall skill development.

Admission :

There is no entrance exam for biotechnology particularly . The admissions is mainly based on the 12th class percentage . As I had 89% in my 12th grade . I had 11th rank in the merit list . Afterwards there is a very normal process for document verification and fees deposition .

Faculty :

Assistant professors and their PhD scholars are highly qaulified and they have quiet deep knowledge about their respective subjects . Faculty members are really helpful and polite . Their humble behavior and guidance always motivate us towards achieving our goal . Assistant professors have secured good ranks in tough exams like net , jrf etc. Many research programs are going on in our college such as research on bacteria that can degrade marble slurry discarded in areas around marble factories.

Interview Experience :

No there was no gd . A very proper method of document verification is there . Where every professor signs and verifies your documents. And after document verification you have to deposit fees. You should bring all your documents on the day of counseling which based on your rank in the merit list

Benefits of college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

My interest is already in that curriculum so that I don't think much to choose the course. It was easy to understand me and in school my stream is relevant to it. In this course many academic pursuits there are and has much scope in future. In this college curriculum prepares so well for real world applications. Umm they have to improve in practical sector because it is the easiest way to learn something. I should prefer to perform practicals of particular topics. The difficulty level is medium and frequency and timing of exam is quite good.
