Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this b.com course because it is a good degree along with CA examination which I am preparing for. The course is related to Commerce and Market and gives you knowledge about practical things related to finance and economy- workings. It helps you to understand real life events of market and also helpful in other professional courses like CA and MBA. The course curriculum can be improved if extracurricular activities are included for the practical experiences of students. Internship opportunities should be provided to students. Teaching Methods should include real-life- examples while explaining topics. Placement Offers should be given to students Annual Exams were organized by the College with medium difficult questions in exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition Fees were very minimum for the B.Com Course which was just rs. 3000/- for 3 years. As students are selected by the cut-off admission process and cut- off percentage was very high for this course. The complete cost of my education in this college was rs. 3000/- for 3 years. Many scholarship opportunities are present for students. Like my time, the National Scholarship Portal Scholarship was given, and in it rs. 10000/- were given for student's education. No campus placement opportunities were there for students.
Campus Life
Annual Fests are organized in college eg dandiya fests during october-november during navratras. However, during my college time, it was covid so fests were not organized. The library is very good in college. Books and Journals are always present in it. There are a variety of books and a range of journals for students' help. Library Card is issued to students. Students can take the book with the librarian's permission. I took them and returned on time. Classrooms are spacious and there is a capacity of around 20 students in one room. Iron benches are there. The fan is there. Blackboards are there. There is a big ground for sports and extracurricular activities. They are organised in college but during my college time due to covid there were no such events. Whatsapp groups are run by students as per their course and their sections.
Admission
To be eligible for this course, one has to clear Class 12th Examination. For admission, application form has to be filled available on college website as well as offline also. Application fees was rs. 100 at my time. Students are selected through Cut-off process as per their Class 12th marks. Seats are reserved for ST/ SC and OBC students. Exams are held annually in B.Com Course with medium difficult questions in exams.
Faculty
The faculty of B.Com course is sufficient as to facility- to- student- ratio. There was 1 teacher for 15-20 students during my college time. The faculties are very experienced and qualified. They teach in detail every chaptet of the subject. Teachers are helpful and cooperative. We can interact with them during and after the class for doubts. They clear them when approached to them.
