I don't regret being here

The course I am doing has a scope in IT field as it's totally based on Computer knowledge and it's applications . I was really into technical stuff but I don't wanted to be a part of rat race by being an engineer so I chose BCA . The curriculum of my course just got updated this year and it contains lot of things which will be applicable in real world to land a good job or maybe building some kinda applications to roll in real world and build a business . The exams are taken quite frequently and the level of exams is medium to hard .

Recently our college tied up with Infotech and they are teaching first and second year students web development and they gonna give internships to students who have good command over full stack web development .

The course fee is quite affordable and ranges between 15500rs to 80,000rs . It depends on when you enrolled in the course . Their are few scholarships available but for selected category of students coming from SC /ST / OBC . Where students get around 50% wave off in tution fees .There are no campus jobs available .

The annual gathering typically happens January and Tech fest in September . Library includes all type of books except some modern novels and stuff related to LGBTQIA+ . Classrooms have projectors and big white boards which is a good thing . Talking about sports , the college is famous for it's cricket and Basketball teams and they do support sports persons . Unfortunately there are no clubs or social groups in the college but I am on my way to make a change .

All 12th pass students coming from science background having Maths as one of the 6 subjects having atleast 45% score is eligible for this course . Application form is available in college and you have to come and visit to get admission . Admission process is quite easy and doesn't take much time .There is no application fees and application dates are 15 June to 15 July . The exams for first semester are in December and for second semester it's in May or June . Exams are not very difficult but student who have attended all the lectures and have enough knowledge of the subject can easily get good grades . Admission

In my department, all teachers are done with their Masters atleast . Some of them hold a PhD degree too . The Faculty to student ratio is quite low , 1 for 100 . But that's not actually the issue as teachers are really good at managing students and making them understand any concept. Teachers often interact with students and talk about new things to experiment with in class .
