Review of BBD University Management

Good remark about the college is that college does not put lots of pressure on students.

The Curriculum of the Course is easy with 6 Subjects in each year and internals. You have to pass separately in internals and theory. You will also have GP marks based on your college activities and participation in events held by the college and your performance in class.

Placement of the college is average. No high packages are given for B.Com. MBA is given decent packages. TCS and Wipro provide high placement.

There are several events and fests celebrated in college. Events like Manthan and Udgam are celebrated and Talent Hunt is done where students can participate in several events and show their talent. These events have competition like singing, dancing, rangoli etc. And other talent hunts. Also, there are some events where groups perform for us and entertain us.

The fees of the College for B.COM Hons. Was Rs. 60000 yearly which is divided in Rs. 30000 per semester. There were no extra charges or other expenses. Uniform of College is not mandatory, only a white shirt and Blue jeans or pants is the dress so there is no need to buy from college.

Scholarship can opt in the college. A bank is inside college where you have to open your account and later you are provided with a form which you can fill to avail scholarship.

Campus life is good here. The gender ratio of the class is divided among 40 boys and 20 girls in my class. The college has a good atmosphere with trees and ground outside where you can sit during intervals. College also has parking space for students. College canteen is present inside college which serves good food and CCD is also there and Nescafe too where you can get coffee. College has 2 lifts. College provides opportunities for a sports competition in cricket and football and also has ground for respective. Competition is held many times and we are given notice about it so we can participate. Debate competition, games, and other competition are held in which we can participate and obtain a Certificate.

Senior students are friendly and ragging is not allowed in college so there was no ragging, they will help you with academics like notes and question papers if you ask them.

I had to fill a form which I got from the office of BBD. I was taken for counseling where they asked me about my marks of high school and inter and they asked me to complete formalities. I had to fill a form and was asked to pay the fees at least 1/4th which was Rs. 15000. I was then given admission and provided the receipt and was asked to join from respective date.

Faculty of college is good and supportive. They will help you with everything you need. There will be a class coordinator who will help you with any problems you face in college or complaints you have towards anyone or any teacher. Teachers also help with notes and supplies. Also, there is a mentor teacher who will help you.
