Internships Opportunities
It is vital to remember that this is a Tier 2 college, and that internships in even Tier 1 institutes is a myth in Tamilnadu. Students opt for internships own their own attempts from the industry.

Over 90% of them have been placed in the last batch that passed out.
College Events
The major technical event of the department is Zerone, a national level symposium, with an average participation of 400 students from other institutes, usually conducted over a period of two days in the months of September or March. Annual day celebrations and culturals come along on the same day organized by the college administration in the months of February or March.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is 1:1. Extra-curriculars depend on the student who want to participate. Based on their interests the administration provides them the facility and keep a check on the progress.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni try to inculcate the best they can, and are trying to usher in those facets that they feel the college needs for a holistic set up for any course. They have been providing industry visits, guest lectures and a considerable guidance to the students in course.
