I met a lot of great and inspirational people here
Hostel room are good and campus are is hella big
Faculty members are great and supportive

Dislikes

There is no wifi in hostels, you have to library to study
Mess is actually messy and quality of food is questionable
Bharat mandapam program didn't came to our college

Course Curriculum Overview

Btech teaches you about a lot of things like how to handle pressure, to code and the workshop teaches you about mechanics. Faculty members are overall great, they also teach us philosophy sometimes and most of them have great teaching skills.

Class Size: 61Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Not much but Infosys offered jobs in our college. Renutech program and hackathon program. One student got a 22 all-India rank in the GATE exam from our college. The placement rate is average and students are struggling.

Placement Experience

7th-semester students are eligible for it. 12 lakhs is the highest package of our college. 40% of students are getting placements. 9 lakhs is the average package anyone can get. I will better apply for off-placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Hostel and tuition charge Rs.1300 per month. On the other hand, Mess charges Rs.3351 per month. Pragiti scholarships are there, for non-general ones. Startup programs are held for like 4 times in a month. And placements are great too.

Campus Life

Recently we annual function which was great. And also Saraswati puja, freshers party and more. We can issue a book whenever we need it and we have to return it in a month otherwise we have to pay the fine for it. And sports events are held regularly.

Hostel Facilities

We don't have a proper desk to study There is no wifi in our hostel The water cooler is broken Meal quality is the worst Yes you can afford it but not worth it The registration process is easy, not many documents are required

Admission

10+2 students are eligible and should crack the jee mains exam You can get further admission details on Sitamarhi's official website The difficulty level of BEU exams is average. The college didn't have equipment in the workshop lab. There is no wifi in hostels

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always liked computer science engineering so I preferred it. The curriculum in cse department very much related to real word scenarios where DSA is provided which is very helpful. The improvement in course should be only to apply it properly means practically implementation as theory is more here. Frequency of exams are half yearly sometimes it delays by 1 month at max.

Placement Experience:

Here placement opportunities are not too good like the tier 1 and tier 2 colleges but if you study well then you can surely get a good placement and also provide you a platform to excel your skills and qualify too much exams like gate drdo. From six or seven sem students are eligible for placement. Here some sales companies have visited in recent placement drives and offers the placement of 3 lpa to 22 students and also some companies like TCS Wipro hires people .on an average 55 to 60 percent students get placed. I will sit for the placement and also apply for some off campus opportunity as well and will give gate too so that I can get offer letter from PSUs

In past year that is 2023 our college national institute of techonology patna got a placement of 75 percent. The highest package offered during last year was forty five lakhs per annum. Out of 180 students 135 got placed.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Those students who maintain good CGPA are prioritized for the campus placement by college management. The students should also have technical skills for being in the college placement round. There are a large number of companies who visit the college for placement like Microsoft, Airtel, Samsung, etc. The highest package of this college till now is 15LPA and minimum is 5LPA. Almost 25-30% of students get placement.
