Course Curriculum Overview

The course was good throughout but lagged in a few important areas, when comparing to theoretical knowledge the practical knowledge is given more importance to the pupils.

Internships Opportunities

Internships programs are not very well known to me as far as I'm concerned, but workshops will be organized for the students from other colleges in their respective departments.

Placement Experience

The college has placement offering many jobs related to BPO/IT sectors. Students who got placed are very likely to be less due to other preferences like PG, Companies like Tech Mahindra, Sutherland visits yearly, the Annual average package was about 2LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tuition fee throughout the course is free for SC/ ST, other fees like hostel and transport are at the moderate amount if the transport fee for the final year students is final year students is reduced it would be as my feedback to the college.

Faculty

Experienced faculties who worked in industries with respective department work here and teach them. They motivate us to achieve our goal, encouragement of practical knowledge is done by the staff.

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

The Roller Coaster Ride of College life

Placement Experience:

Placements begin in the 7th semester. Companies like Zoho with 20 offers, Accenture with 200 offers,Hexaware with 250 offers ,CTS with 200 offers , Infosys with 50 offers and others visit. The highest package is 24LPA(Zoho), with avg packages of 4-6LPA.After completing the course, I plan joining the company

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

Placement Experience:

About the placement of colleges there are many compromise to visit to college respect of different departments and the placement start as well as internships when they student enter final year. Percentage of the student getting placement where is from department to department but maximum student gets placed at the end of the year.

SPCET detailed analysis

College is spacious and have scope for improving infrastructure. Apart from that we didn't have any extra subjects that could enhance the practical knowledge.
