Remarks

Overall college is good, there is only one bad remark that the college is situated 1.5km away from the highway.

Entrance Preview

Because the college facility is good and it was rank among one of the top colleges in Odisha. The faculty members are very friendly and it was a strict college than others because here without 75% attendance no one gets chance to sit in semester exam and mark distribution is very fare.

Course Curriculum Overview

the course depends upon the student interest that which he or she had to choose. In my opinion here computer science is very popular and the placement is also good.

No, college only suggests names where the internship is going on.

the fee structure was feasible as it takes only 95000 per year for academic and 35000 for the hostel.

Yes, there is an option of TFW in counseling period and if a student score 8.6cgpa and above per year then he/she was awarded by 10000rupee.

All the events are very good as in question it was suggest. And gender ratio is now reducing because all the students wants to live in city area like bbsr etc. Every subject has a separate lab.

first of all i had given jee exam then after scoring marks i had gone for counciling in which i was selected in this college. After selection i had bring my all documents like 10th pass certificate ,12th marksheet and certificate original and also transfered certificate.After showing all this i got admission.

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Most of people go for PHDs and research after this course so the number of placements is a little less. Also, this unique Integrated Mtech course is new and the first batch of this 5 year course soon will be passed out. They are getting placement offers of 8-8.5 LPA per annum.

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.
