Remarks

The only bad thing about the college is it's location. It is located at a km distance from a highway in a village named Shyorana.

Entrance Preview

The college is a government college and had all the required amenities for civil engineers to learn. The college promised for a good environment to learn and develop with year although they succeeded only 50% to their promise. One more big reason was the fee structure.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course runs pretty well with good managing authority but as long as research work is concerned this needs much more attention and interest of both authority as well as students. The course thereby functionally works with more attention towards good knowledge and hold on your respective topics.

Internships Opportunities

The college does provide internship but they are not that recommendable as there is no stipend given in those institution. Students generally have to search for their own internship companies but they are accompanied by the college authorities throughout the training and also they keep an eye on the training period with report submission and personal Viva.

Placement Experience

1.5

The job and placement cell needs to work a lot as the salaries offered by most of the companies that visit the campus ranges in between only 15k-25k per month. Also the number of placement in the college just touched two digits sometimes. This department is working right now and I won't recommend my college for placements.

College Events

2.5

There are many cultural events organised I'm the campus as: 1. Basant panchami 2. Fresher's party 3. Electrical departments fest for project submission which also includes quiz, drama, movie making, jugaad project and many other things. 4. Quizzes organised by college authorities 5. Annual fest and 6. Farewell party

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is based on the government of Rajasthan policies and is governed by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. The fee per semester is only 30000 rupee. The other additional fee is the exam fee which is 1300 rupee per semester and 50 rupee per year as development fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many government scholarship offered in the college although the number of scholars are very less in number.

Campus Life

2

The campus life is not more than average for students. There is a college canteen which is not upto expectation. There is a basketball court, volleyball court, cricket ground and a football ground. There are chemistry labs, physics lab, computer labs, civil engineering workshops and mechanical, electrical workshops in the campus with some shortage of instruments but the college promised to offer them by this year's end.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

There is hostel facility only for the first year students in the campus itself. There is a separate building in the campus which provides accommodations ND mess facility at a cost of only 33000 rupee per year. This fee is the overall fee which includes accommodations and mess charges.

Alumni/Alumna

Many students of the college have successfully qualified GATE, IES and also SSC papers with good marks.

Exam Structure

The exam is carried according to the syllabus offered by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. There are two semester per year accompanied with 2 mid-terms and viva, project work and assignment work per semester which keeps an eye on the performance of the student. The exam is conducted on some other exam centre allotted by the RTU itself.

Admission

I got the admission through REAP counselling in 2015 through my jee mains score. The councelling was conducted by government of Rajasthan through a prepared counselling which selected students to fill up their desired college and thereby merit list was prepared which announced their respected college.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of the college is been selected through a meritorious selection from post graduated people from recognised univeraities. Their knowledge is good on their respective topics and they also motivate and give confidence on our career opportunities.

The overall remark would be neutral. There are places where the college was too good like skill development and seminars. On the other hand it had some serious drawbacks like no internship for engineering students And the placement was also not up to the mark.
