Likes

Infrastructure is good upto some extent.Newly constructed library is looks decent.View of our college Canteen from outside is good.
There is good lawn in Rajeev Gandhi memorial College of engineering.

Dislikes

There are no any extra curricular activities in our college.
Placement opportunities after completing our degree is very less.
There is no any encouragement for extra curricular activities from college management.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like Computer science engineering.So I choosed Computer science engineering in Rajeev Gandhi memorial College of engineering and technology. Faculty and student ratio is less. There is some shortage of faculty to teach. Most of our faculty completed Doctorates in their respective subjects. For every 5 months term exams are conducted. Question paper difficulty level is quite average.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Some of the companies like Accenture, Wipro technologies, Mahindra tech will provide internships. Very few students got internship opportunities in Rajeev Gandhi memorial College of engineering nandyal. Stipend is around 20 thousand per month will be provided.

Placement Experience

Mostly in 4th year of BTech students will get campus placement. Campus placements are very less,most of the students pass out without any job. HCL, Accenture, Wipro and some of the small companies will visit for placements. Highest package is 12 lakhs per annum and lowest is 2.5 lakhs per annum. Around 10 percent of students will get campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees per year in management quota is around 2.5lakhs per annum. If we joined in college by clearing entrance exam. Scholarship is provided if you are joined through clearing entrance exam. Scholarship is provided by Andhrapradesh government.

Campus Life

College management doesn't conduct any cultural fests or annual fests. Once or twice in year technical fests are conducted. Library in our college quite decent. Class rooms are very small. There are no any extra curricular activities in our college except dance club. There is availability of ground for sports and games.

Admission

Eligibility - MPC in intermediate. Application is available in AP EAPCET official website, application fee is around 1200 rupees. We can join through entrance exam or management quota. If you admitted into college through entrance exam government will pay the tution fee.

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

College life is most memorable

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.

I chose other colleges also but my rank this is suitable for me and i can research and discuss with my friends it better for my area. For easy to way travelling .NIRF ranking is good .it is an Autonomous and stronger placements and infrastructure when i joining .Rank was just below their closing cutoff.especially high demand for cse and ece branches . I want to become an Independent Women.

I tried many colleges for Computer Science and Engineering seat. But I can't able to get the seat in CSE because of my EAMCET rank. Then I choose the Electronics and Communication Engineering seat at RGM college. Then I got a free seat in this college. The admission process of this college was easy. If you got the good rank and you will get a free seat or else you need to buy a seat in this college. Through EAMCET exam and JEE Mains we can able to get the free seat in this college. If you didn't wrote or didn't qualified then you need to buy the seat through donation. They will confirm your seat after paying the amount.
