My journey in GPREC.

I choose ECE because it have both software and hardware. I thought it's good to have backup if anyone of them doesn't workout. Our faculty are very friendly with students. They are very approachable and deals in very good manner. Faculty are very well educated and have very good knowledge about subject. It takes 5 months for every Sem. We have two mids and one internal and external labs as well.

Campus placements are particularly held from 6 th semester onwards. So many companies visited before because of recession there is shortage of companies in our campus. Many MNC's came to our college for drive. The highest package is 6.5 LPA rupees around and average package is 4,5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placements is very less because of recession. So the percentage may be around 30%. I gonna do job after getting degree.

Tuition fee for our college is 70,000 rupees. I think it is slightly high amount. Our college has good infrastructure , so the fee may be high. Some scholarships doesn't apply to everyone because some are for merit students . Not everyone in class can get good marks. Still I searching for job.

The life in campus is very good and pleasant. We have fests like Ethnic day and College day. Tech fests are also fun . These include funny activities as well. Library have best journals ever. I mostly prefer sports journal. We go to library during exam season to study. In sports club,we have different sports and games, these include indoor and outdoor games. Extra curricular activities are favourite to every student and faculty as well. There instagram pages which are handled by students for more information about activities that took place in college.

Hostel life is nothing but good friends ,comfortable sleep and night outs for me. I really love hostel and it's facilities. Meals are good compared to some hostels. They follow particular menu for everyday. Hostel fee can be paid through GPREC website.

Minimum academic qualifications are required for admission process. Register and apply for the chosen EAMCET exam before the deadline.The eligibility criteria for EAMCET exam is to pass Intermediate with at least 50% in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics. Student have to go through EAMCET exam after intermediate exam and have to secure a valid rank in the EAMCET exam. Entrance exam usually held in May/June. Register and apply to the desired colleges offering B.Tech courses through the official councelling website APSCHE for AP EAMCET. Participate in EAMCET counselling based on your exam rank and get into college. Reservation categories have different mode of paying tuition fee. Some times admission process takes a lot of time. I think government should take care of such glitches like server down and etc.
