Course Curriculum Overview
urban planning is a multidisciplinary course. it deals with all the aspects of the society i.e., social, economical, environmental, governance, policies and regulations and etc. curriculum is followed as per vtu faculties are well qualified with specializations each sem is nearly for 6 months, exams require all the practical and theoritical knowledge difficulty to pass is less because all the subjects are interrelated
Internships Opportunities
i have two internships, private comapny - Sky groups provided with stipend i was involved in BIAAPA project also worked for revising a village master plan in dharwad there was no stipend provided in the internship in govt office
Fees and Financial Aid
fees is stagnant for me as my admission is through KCET SSP scholarship can be applied, financial assistance through this scholarship is provided depending on the caste category few internships provides stipend for students
Campus Life
we have many different clubs like dance club, media club, drama club, fashion club, NSS and others for planning students national level event NOSPLAN is conducted every year in different places anaadyanta is the annual fest for the whole campus sports team is also there classrooms are huge and neat, has all amenities like black board, notice boards and also smart boards
Admission
The admission process was through KCET. after the counselling process the colleges has to be listed and based on the KCET ranking the college is alloted. The eligibility is PU/ diploma application details can be checked in college website
