Likes

I liked that there's not any attendance issue.
I liked the exams are held online and MCQ base and easy to pass
I liked the LMS - learning management system which has proper ui.

Dislikes

I disliked how the counsellor or support executive never took my call mos of the times.
I disliked the thing that mentors have no info about questions like (exam dates, placements ) etc.
I disliked that the LMS doesn't work on Android only on laptop.

Course Curriculum Overview

1. I chose this course as I have to save time unlike regular classes. I have to do a job. Also, I think that BCA is not that much difficult and I can manage this with my job. 2. Faculty student ratio could be improved. Right now it's like 1:200 per session. 3. Qualification of the faculty is upto the mark. But I would say the teaching method could be improved. 4. Exams are held online and happens every semester. Apart from that there are assignments as well. Exams are MCQ type and not much easy to pass.

Class Size: 397Course Fees: INR 20625 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1. Fees for this course is 40-55 k per year. And there's no other hidden cost. But i would say that fee is high because course is online. 2. I don't know about whether there's on campus placements included in this course and I am not even sure there will be. Let's see that!

Campus Life

No campus as it's an online degree. So I can't say anything about it. You can go to offline college to experience CU campus. Here we can't experience the campus and that's why I am thinking of regular college experience is pleasant.

Admission

1. Eligibility of Bca Course at CU online is 10+2 with 55% min marks. 2. You can apply at cu online by searching cu online apply at Google and filling the form for call back. Then a counselor will talk to you and register you. The application fees is none. 3. I got reservation benefit as they have an early bird discount scheme I saved around 5000 rs per sem. 4. I see the admission process is simple and need not much improvement. Thankyou

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free. She was laughing at such a test. She said no one does that anymore, they just type then run spell check. Technology is changing our NEEDS opinion is that curriculum should reflect our reality. No one gets paid to solve problems that have already been solved. Students should be exposed to solving problems they have not seen before but that can be solve with the content they have learned in class. This will help them develop problem solving strategies they will be able to use the rest of their lives

Placement Experience:

i can talk about college placement till now in my college, as far as i have seen, placement start after the 2nd year of BCA and 3rd year of B.tech, but first there is atest and interview. if the one who gets good marks in the paper will be selected for the next interview, otherwise he will not be selected. in my college, B.tech students get more placement because the get intership in ther last semester, though which they get placements too. till now, B.tech students have been able to placement and otherwise Bca students have did not place by college placement you will own search by non-campus placement

I had a lot of interest in programming languages and in computer and how computer works. In future ,technology and application will be widely used . This course is appropriate for choosing according to my interest. This curriculum prepares me alot for this real world applications because future generation is totally dependent on AI tools or technology . I suggest in improvement of modernising technology, you have to focus on practicals for this curriculum. The exams are correct like starting at 9 :30 and ends at 12 :30 . Each student have different timing for their exams according to their course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA is not relevant anymore. BCA is like new BA, but a sophisticated one. Everybody's doing BCA nowadays. I can't figure out the reason. But skill based learning is lacking and sadly this course is providing nothing but degree holding unskilled graduates (most of them). Though some who really explore the skills and work on themselves are achieving good jobs.
