Entrance Preview

I joined the college through anna university counselling. I got 1022/1200 in the intermediate and cut off around 180.

Placement Experience

There were plenty a companies which came for campus recruitment. Infosys,CTS, TCS, birlasoft and even more reputed and well known software companies. Around 75 % of students were placed from our batch and mostly with good pay scale.

College Events

Sagacia, and innovia are the international conferences which were held in our department. During those events people from even other countries have participated. The cultural fests are mostly to bring close the every different culture together in a best possible way.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is almost similar to that of anna university guidelines. The time when i studied i got pay my fees around 55k including all books and lab fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I haven't got any scholarship. But my friends who did studied along with had good opportunity to get a loan and reduce a big burden on themselves.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network through this college is wide and through each part of world. The students were placed in different companies in different location and always connected through digital medium. They even conduct alumni meetings every year where the students who locally available in the country.

The placement eligibilty comes right before the final year and it is better if you have no arrears and attend the placement with an >6.5 cgpa...They provide placements training to perform well in the placements

The Nostalgia of SPCET

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

A Brief Overview of SKCET as an Atmosphere

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the third semester. Many students have obtained good packages in companies like Bosch, Infosys, etc. Many companies visit the college, and a number of offers are made. My course has a 86% placement record, which is quite good. I plan to go for placements but will only accept the package if its above 10 lpa. Else, I plan on going for higher studies.
