Its slitly long to central of chennai. Bus also rush.
The route lot of IT companys. So heavy traffic.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. My percentage was 80 but I got 2 shifts. It's easy to pass an exam without any arrears. Because teaching is good. And teachers have good knowledge. Priciple is also cool.

Placement Experience

Central polytechnic collage gives placement. It's your 4 and 5th semester period. Big manufacturing companies like honda Hundai also take student. If you got 85 per cent in 5 semesters then you are pushed to placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college gives you a scholarship to your caste wise. I Am MBC caste. I got a scholarship of 7000 per semester. I pay the college fees of 5000 per annum but I got a scholarship of 14000 per year. Its have the best college ever.

Campus Life

Central Polytechnic College has a big auditorium. The event and anniversary were conducted by the college. Its have a library to access. They give time to students go library. All leader life stories and subject books are also available.

Hostel Facilities

Central polytechnic collage have hostel for mens and womens seperately. All type of south indian food was available . Mornning idly and dhosa . Sambar with chutney . Afternoon rice chapati..and proper meals.

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

Central Polytechnic College Spotted on Tharamani Chennai. If you finish your 10th then apply for 1 year of the course. When you apply they call you for counselling. Then you choose your department. I have studied DME.

Placement Experience:

There are two options for people who complete diploma , either they've good score as in above 97-98% , or comparatively many certificates and medals in diff sports. They are capable of getting a job from TCS etc providing an average package of 2.4 LPA as such companies or pursue their higher studies that is B.E in the same of diff college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum we have is set by the government so we can't change it but when it comes to an elective subject we can't choose it, the college decides it on behalf of the students. for a semester there will be 2 cycle tests a model exam and then the final exam. they will train you well so you can easily get above 80% in your final exam if you follow their instructions.
