I took Kapil Dev Scholarship test, through which i also got financial aid to do my course in UEI Global. The exam can be taken at any branch of UEI Global, i took it at UEI Global, Chandigarh.

Course Structure is very strong, the college not only focuses on degree education but also on overall development of the students. All students gets Communication classes for the entire tenure of the course. Apart from that Job Interview skills are also given from time to time. Certification from Hotelschool, The Hague helped many students to grab international opportunity.

Yes, it is college responsibility to give 6 months internship to all the students. Internship gives exposure in all the 4 divisions of Hotel. General Stipend depends on the property, the better the property, the lesser the stipend. My overall experience is fantastic.

There are plenty of companies pool that the college has. Students also get International opportunities as well. there is 6 months internship in 2nd year and 6 months OJT in third year and most of the students do get placed before the completion of 3rd year. 1 Year Diploma students gets intership after 1 year and soon placed.

There are various events in the college. Every week there are Kitchen and F n B practicals. Apart from that there is Food Festival, where the management students manages the event in terms of getting sponsors and selling the tickets and HM students prepares the food and also present them. In addition there is National Annual Sports Event named Le Vitesse where students from all centers come and participate in various sports like Cricket, Football, Voleyball, basketball, Chess, BadMinton, atheletics followed by Cultural Event and Jam Session

The Fee is feasible. There are various modes through which students can pay. Be it Monthly, Semi Annually or Annually. Students also get FInancial Aid through Kapil Dev Scholarship test and also apply for education loan for the payment of the Fee. Students also et chance to earn money during the course of the programme through ODC, Intershios, Part Time Jobs.

Yes, there is Kapil Dev Scholarship test that the student can apply for where in student can earn scholarship from 10,000 to 1,00,000 ruppes which get deducted from the fee. Apart from the scholarship, student can apply for education loan, i got my loan approved from Bank of Baroda.

Campus Life - Its good, right mix of practical and theory helps the students to gain practical exposure and makes learning a cheerful activity. Gender Ratio - 60:40 Boys:Girls Parties: There is Freshers Party, then Annual Food Fest, Annual Sports Event, Farewell party Kitchen, FnB labs are fantastic and equipped with all modern equipments for conducting practicals.

Hostel Facility is decent. Average Monthly expense is Rs 5000 which includes the Hostel Fee- Boarding and Lodging with 2 time meals in a day- Breakfast and Dinner. Food is decent, at first it will take time to adjust, the hostel mess is very punctual in serving the food, so need to be on time.

Yes, alumni network is very helpful in Interships and Placements. At my time my seniors placed in Dubai helped to get internship in Dubai. The college has huge Alumni Network of more than 5000 students.

Exam structure is divided into 2 parts. Practical and Theory. As the programme in itself is more practical based, the exam pattern follows the same. Students have to get viva and do practical, along with university examination. Overall i can say that the programme is more practical based and at initial level requires the students to have theoretical knowledge as well .

At first I gave Kapil Dec Scholarship Test and then an interview by the Deputy Director of the Chandigarh Institute. On the basis of both i got selection letter and got admitted in the course. The couseling process is through and deep, the counselor understood what i required and suggest specialization course to me.

All the faculty members have rich industry experience, which help all the students to get the right practical knowledge. There is one Front Office, House Keeping, Food and Beverage Service and Chef - full time to ensure quality teaching to all the students. Revision/ Back Up classes are also given to clear the difficult concepts. The labs are well equipped for conducting the practicals.
