I want to highlight about the fact that the college is more concerned about the attendance rather than the student’s performance.

I got to know about this college from hoardings at a mall in my hometown. After seeing the information about the institute, I researched more on its website. Then I filled an online application form from Gitam’s website and a date was given for me to report and write the entrance exam. There was no other interview process involved. I chose to pursue BBA(ma) because i wanted to specialise in management accounting.

The curriculum is quite good. The syllabus covers all necessary subjects. There is not much focus on practical learning. No research initiatives have been taken by the Institute so far.

No. The college didn’t provide any internships. It is our individual interest whether if we search for internships on our own.

I have not faced placements yet. What ever I have heard from my seniors is that they placements aren’t upto the mark. I have heard my seniors say that the grooming sessions are also not upto the mark.

There are yearly 2 to 4 cultural fests. All the burden of performance is placed on the students and a few teachers.

The course I am pursuing is for 3years and the institute charges ₹170000 for each year excluding other expenses. I is affordable but not worth it.

No. The college doesn’t have any such scholarship programmes as per my knowledge.

The college is not that bright incase of extra curriculars. No we never got ample of opportunities.

Yes I was residing in hostel for my first year. No there are no single rooms. All rooms should consist of atleast three members and all the rooms are non AC. No they dint have PGs. We paid a security deposit of ₹40000(non refundable) and monthly we had to pay the mess bill which ranged around ₹6000-₹7000 the details and calculation process of which are still a myth.

There was no proper official interaction measures with alumni.

No I never felt uneasy or uncomfortable reagarding labs and exams. It aint a chill culture but it aint that hectic as well except for few days before semester.

The teachers are highly qualified. The only problem we face is the ambiguity of who is going to teach which subject. Though the teachers are qualified, when it comes down to teaching maximum are not up to the mark. They all preach mugging up indirectly.
