Remarks

Everything's just amazing and soon after the construction the college is going to be more amazing. Every faculty supports it's students every other way.

Entrance Preview

I went through CET - COMMON ENTRANCE TEST of GGSIPU. It's a common entrance exam for all the exams on graduation and masters as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Journalism and mass communication. My college stands on the 3rd number in GGSIPU ranking for BJMC colleges. It's an A+ category college. BJMC's faculty is outstanding.

Internships Opportunities

I've been through two major internships - both in India Today - one as a content writer and one in a video team. I got to learn a lot.

Placement Experience

4.5

TIPS provides placements for its other course such as BBA, bcom and BCA. Lots of companies has visited college for the same such as Infosys, Tata and lots. Almost 70-80% of students gets placements. An average package starts from 25-30k.

College Events

We recently organised a media fest in our college - AAINA. It wasn't that big as some construction is going in our college. The footfall was around 200 - 300. The college supported us a lot. We even got some sponsorship from some organisations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's really affordable. It's less than one lakh per year. It's approx. 80 thousand. It was less before as well but after the fee hike it increased a bit.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I didn't avail any scholarship and neither there is any scholarship exams.

Campus Life

College is great when it comes to extra curricular activities - they have dance society - Zorks. A street play society - Shaurya. Music society - elysian. And lots of other sports activities as well.

Hostel Facilities

There are no hostel rooms as it's located in a prime location.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college seniors are very friendly and amazing and chill. We are still in contact with them and there's an alumni committee tooin college.

Exam Structure

Labs and exams never made a student tired. It was a very rich culture. It still is as I'm currently associated with itself.

Faculty

The Bjmc faculty are lot experienced and qualified in their own fields which gives us, the students a nice exposure to the industry.

Placement Experience:

Placement of our college is pretty good almost 80% students get good placement but at the same time its very important to know that you will get college placement at end of you masters as DSJ provides Five year integrated programme in journalism. If you exit your college after bachelor you might get placement from outside campus.

An amazing environment and college to live in.

Remarks:

Our college has 5 courses in total if had 4 before, but recently they have started another. Me being a journalism and mass communication graduate, I would definitely recommend my faculty. They are truly a representative faculty for college. They are truly a backbone for college. It's one of the best!! Do join the venture.

For availing admission to the course, it is necessary to apply for the IPU CET exam for the BCA course. Most of the students get placed from our college. The classes are spacious and air-conditioned. The labs are well equipped and seperate for every department. There is an small auditorium for small small events or seminars held at our college. The college has two libraries one which contains all books for every department and the other is for law department.
