AIEEE exam, Got bit average score, and as its a semi govt so fee was less.

Placement Experience

in 2011, IT market was down so that time didn't get any good placement opportunity

Exam schedules were good will get enough gaps between two exam to study well

Faculty are quite helpful specially Core branches faculty e.g. Mechanical, Civil and Electrical. Computer and IT faculty are not that good.

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester the students are eligible for all the core and it placements. For us the core companies are Capgemini tech pub(32), sopra steria(5) and boeing . The highest package is 8lpa and average is 5 lpa Out of 100 55 students are getting placed each year. I got placement in Capgemini and I am working on Capgemini.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

I choosed annamalai university becase this college is well known and a old college ( university ) and goood recognition . the admission was simple you can join through tnea website if you just have good marks and cut off marks in class 12. the fees was not so high , just affordable fees so even middle class people can also join in this collage / university .there was so many courses offered here and also in third you can study other department course if yo want to study. its your choice. the campus was so big and have many toursis spots arond the college . good environment for leaning . overall the college is so good....Read More
