Food here is awesome. They usually provide two type of food Jain and non Jain
Campus is placed in a calm and greeny location which relaxes and helps in good environment
Sports and other things are awesome and regular workshops are provided

Dislikes

The building is kind of old which is one of the drawbacks of this college
The location is near to the main road so too much traffic

Course Curriculum Overview

Personally, I have an interest in electronics. As for faculty, they provide quality staffs who are experienced well and have high skills. The teaching is really good and you will be having exams each 1 month and regular class tests are conducted.

Internships Opportunities

The internship depends on your course. But preferably paid internship and virtual internship is arranged by the students themselves. The HOD will make the most steps toward the internship and other lectures and workshops.

Placement Experience

Placement is available and specialized faculty for placement works in this college. Average placement of 4.5 lakh is been provided in this college and big tech companies like Byju's, Zoho recruited students from this college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is one of the cheapest in engineering. For the first year, you have to pay around 1 lakh and from 2nd year it is only 80 to 90k. They also assist with government scholarships and financial assistance. With an average placement of 4.5 lakh, they have a pretty much good placement offer.

Campus Life

Events like symposiums, sangamam, reterver, etc. events take place every year. Mostly all the books for your syllabus will be available in the library and it consists of more than 60000 books. Sports like basketball, cricket, volleyball, football, and many others are available in the college. Clubs like Rotract and NCC are active and events will be organized frequently.

Admission

The admission process was quite easy as we have to just apply and then they will call us. Based on our marks in 12th grade we can select 3 to 4 courses in which they will give one. Then you have to pay the fees before the given date and enroll yourself.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.

My College

I don't find anything bad about college and the good thing is faculty members and the environment. My college Moto is NO DONATION NO CAPTION FEE this Moto is best and they follow this so that each and every person should get the opportunity to study and come out with all success. Admission process held between May to June. This college I recommend because it has lots of facilities and placement opportunities. In seventh semester itself, placement starts and most the best companies that come under fortune 500 comes to the college for placement more than 30 companies participate for placement and every company select the best out of everyone and now they are living the good life.
