Course Curriculum Overview
I am a Mechanical Engineering student. The faculty is very kind and knowledgeable except few faculties. Many of the faculty completed PhD but few completed Masters degrees. It was an autonomous institution, so exams come mire faster than Anna University but we were able to clear all subjects.
Placement Experience
From the end of the 6th semester, the teacher and faculty trained our students for placement and a lot of companies were approached for placement. The highest package is 15lakh per annum. 95 % of students get placed lat 4 years. My plan is to get a job with a good salary after getting a degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for government quota students was likely around 125000 rupees and management students pay 165000 rupees per year. For hostel 95000 per year. Scholarships are provided by the college after the end of 2nd year.
Campus Life
They conduct a lot of career programs but Fest only conducts cultural and sports per year. They collect book fees of around 30k and provide sufficient notes and books, and materials. They have a lot of extracurricular activities and have a sports club.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel room contains an attached toilet and bathroom with four people who can accommodate the room with 3 fans. The food was very awesome compared to other colleges and provide 3-time meals and 2-time snacks with tea/coffee per day. Register process of the hostel is easy, we approach the management directly.
Admission
I am a government quota student. The admission process is a normal process under the TN government. They also have a management quota for students but they don't have any entrance exam for admission. You can apply these two methods.
