Overall its a really great college With great facilities. But ultimately its upon the students how they make use of their opportunities in front of them.

Entrance Preview

I am from Kerala and many students join this college from Kerala. We just had to get our results and admission's Were done nothing fancy about it.

Course Curriculum Overview

BCA is a course when students learn to create. Software's websites and all programming stuffs , we had various trips for companies and we have a project in out final semester.

Internships Opportunities

In BCA we didn't have internship But many other courses in our college had internship for their students

Placement Experience

There is no campus selection But as per my knowledge Most of my seniors got a great job in leading IT companies by themselves The average package would be around 3-9 lacks

College Events

College had various events held in college n outside the college Fresher's day, farewell ,fest , Annual day. Stuffs supported us if we wanted to celebrate any occasions in our department Or to participate in any inter college fest events

Fee Structure And Facilities

I paid 50,000 for 1st year 25,000 for 2nd year And 25,000 for 3rd year as well It included all basic charges Exam fees we had to pay later

Fees and Financial Aid

College didn't have any type of scholarship and no help was provided for the loan Except for a certificate to get a loan

Campus Life

Various events were held in our college providing us a higher stage to showcase our talents We had a separate talents day celebration for it too

Hostel Facilities

I never stayed in hostel But as per my knowledge the food is really bad And only veg food. Timing to enter hostel is around 6 max.

We have a student representative who is the intermediate person between Alumni and students. He used to represent whole class for any issues and concern

Exam Structure

Exams were fun lab practicals used to be 3 hrs enough time to write and execute 3 programs. Semester exam too used to be of 3 hrs Sufficient for 80 marks paper

More Than Just a Degree: My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The college provides placements. Students who are in 6th semester of their degree courses are eligible for campus placements provided by the college. A lot of IT companies regularly walk in for job drive with annual package of 3-6 LPA. The college provides basic placement support, but employability mostly depends on individual skill development. After completing the degree, I plan to pursue higher studies or improve technical skills to get better career opportunities.

I will rate my curriculum 4 out of 5 as a NEP batch student we were introduced to Trending courses like AI Cybersecurity, etc but the most important thing is hands on experience or the practical work is more beneficial

Placement Experience:

From the last year of the college which means from 5th and 6th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro Deloitte Empower [24]7 Cognizant Molecular Connections Pt Imt Bicon TCS and many more companies do come. I exactly dont know the no of offers made exactly. There are no offical records about the placements in past two years of BCA or they have not updated about placements yet but in 2022 the highest package was around 3.8 lac and the average package was around 1.8lac to 2.5 lac.The percentage of students placed in BCA is comparitevely low. My plans after completing the degree is to complete my Masters.

Placement Experience:

Students will be eligible for internships from the fourth sem of their course. There are many big companies who have visited the campus and made really good offers but if you want a good package the level of difficulty to get into this will also be high. The average package for BCA is 3,00,000 per annum. As per University information their placement rate is 91 percent. After getting the degree I'll be looking for a good company to work for and gain my knowledge.

My college life in shree devi college

Eligibility is you must have to completed your puc with 50% aggregate. Application form is provided by the college faculty members there is no reservation seats given to the students.
