My experience in SRIT

I have chosen computer science and engineering as my course. The faculty at SRIT are highly qualified with a minimum of a Ph.D. degree. The faculty are very young and energetic and are very friendly with the students. The teaching method in Srit is very interactive and digitilized. The exams were conducted very strictly enabling seriousness in students for preparing examinations.

Our college has tied up with eduskills and AICTE which provides a wide range of internship opportunities for students helping them gain practical exposure in their chosen domain. Our college also provides Inhouse internships with an attractive stipend.

In this college students are eligible for campus placements from the third year onwards. Many reputed MNCs visit our college for recruiting students offering packages ranging from 3.5 to 10 LPA. Along with the placements, we also have CSR drives.

The annual fee in our college is 50,200 for convenor quota students which is according to the government norms. My college has provided Inhouse internships with a stipend of 13000 throughout the internship duration. I have been placed in 3 companies through campus placements viz, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, and Hexaware. I have also attended the physical AWS job fair and got a job in cloud kinetics.

Life on our campus is very enjoyable and feels like heaven. For student entertainment and engagement, many events were conducted like annual day, tech fests, technical events, etc. For encouraging sports, a sports club is also there. The classrooms are clean and well-ventilated. Our college includes international clubs like Toastmasters in NSS etc.

One should qualify AP Eamcet examination to get admission into SRIT. I have cleared the AP Eamcet examination with a rank of 29000. As per the cutoffs in 2019, I got a seat in computer science and engineering.
